I would not recommend it to any one because I told them what was wrong with the computer and they still kept trying to do something else. My computer was ruined.

I will NEVER use the geeks again. has any one ever tried to contact them by phone, well forget it, every time I tried I was on hold for at least 30 min so I hung up, then I was given a direct number to the geeks at the store, same thing

Do not get this extended warranty, waste of money

I went to greek squad (best buy) in Winston Salem to have my Desktop to be fix, they did not fix it, it is still under warranty. I paid 200 for the extended warranty.

I cancelled the product because it was not what I wanted. I asked for the Apple Care which is for two years @ 99.00 and they gave me the Greek squat @ 159.00 for one year.
