i'm tired of taking my computers in to be fixed and being told two to three days and it takes two to three weeks

If you need a mobile device go somewhere else. The people there dont know what they are doing

I would not recommend it to any one because I told them what was wrong with the computer and they still kept trying to do something else. My computer was ruined.

i called with a basic question about my product and the geek was of no help at all. i went to best buy the next day and got my money back for the service.

I will NEVER use the geeks again. has any one ever tried to contact them by phone, well forget it, every time I tried I was on hold for at least 30 min so I hung up, then I was given a direct number to the geeks at the store, same thing

First call and they were not helpful. Actually was even rude and condescending. For this I paid nearly $400???

I went to greek squad (best buy) in Winston Salem to have my Desktop to be fix, they did not fix it, it is still under warranty. I paid 200 for the extended warranty.

I cancelled the product because it was not what I wanted. I asked for the Apple Care which is for two years @ 99.00 and they gave me the Greek squat @ 159.00 for one year.

I have called them twice and neither time have they been able to take over my computer of solve my problems

At this point I'm sorry I bought this service. I was my own Geek Squad!

Extremely rude, frustrating people to deal with!!Not worth the extra money.
