the tec went the extra mile to see I got the $25.00 gift card even though it had expire. That is great when money is tight.

I have a XP generation laptop that wouldn't go on line. The Geek Squad found the software problem and mostly have it squared away. I will add Webroot to the PC to solve the remaining issues and hopefully get the PC back to being useful.

The Geek squad took away the frustration of repairing my Computer .With out them it would still be in trouble.

My experience with the Geek Squad in the Posner location has always been positive; however, when picking up this pricey purchase in the Camelback store in Phoenix, AZ, the staff was lethargic, unresponsive to questioning, and down right rude. Wake up Best Buy, you are not the only supplier of equipment in the country.

I had both my desktop and laptop cleaned up and tuned up. Both had speed problems and several Windows issues. The problems were resolved in a timely manner and the equipment is working better than expected. The geek squad rocks........

I think the tech support is wonderful but I wish it was not so time consuming. I have spent as long as 9 hours on tech support as well as having the computer kept overnight for the store to set things up. It was very discouraging. thi

Geek Squad always seem to have the right answers when I have a problem with something on the computer.

I have had this program on computers for about 10 years. It has paid for me to have it. I have had some repairs and always peace of mind. If we are traveling, we can stop at any Best Buy and get some help. Well worth the investment.

I could not set windows 8...ask my son-ln-law for help...as he is very computer savy...he could not do it without a lot of help from the techies...they were very, very helpful and we were able to set it up...well worth the money!!!!!!

Geek Squad has been extremely helpful. Often I could fix the problem myself but it would take me a much longer time and often I would have needed software I did not possess. It was great to just let them take over and fix the problem.

Used t he service twice so far. Was great about cleaning up my old laptop and explaining what was done. Kind of rushed through the startup of my new laptop. I was left a little breathless by the speed with which she ran through things.

I am a newbie to the world of computers, and not too bright. My online session with the Geek Squad was a terrific experience. He answered all my questions in my own 'un-technical' language and made me feel like I had found a new friend.

The Geek Squad were informed and helpful. They didn't act like any of my questions were stupid even though I knew they were very basic. I went back with more questions on Windows 8 and how to operate it and they helped with everything

Having ready access to a specialist is great unless you need someone to access your computer then you have a long wait.

Used on line help twice and very very impressed with on line help and efforts. Ultimatley needed to resort to Store (hands on) help from Geek Squad. They researched and solved the problem. Am glad I purchased the Geek Squad program.

HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH COMPUTER THAT WERE NOT DETECTED BY LOCAL GEEK SQUAD. REMOTE TECH SUPPORT SOLVED THESE ISSUES.

The guys and gals have been very easy to talk to and very easy to understand with their answers. I have had to wait some times a little longer than I wish, but once I had them they stayed with me till I had all the answers I needed.
