The technicians of Geek Squad have experience doing their job. They are friendly and patient with the customers.

I had multiple issues with my pc's, geek squad took care of the issues.

Would have liked a little more proactive support as I don't know all the things my laptop needed to be optimized.

I like knowing that there is always someone there to help with my computer. I like knowing I can get help 24/7

I know enough to know when I need help. I have access to a team who can confirm my fears, layout my options, and complete the fix. Haven't been quoted or charged a price I didn't think was better then fair or on reasonable.

Bought GeekSquad contract and went with high hopes to have a slow-running laptop "cleaned up"/serviced. Agent who took in the laptop seemed knowledgeable enough and took down the services needed (e.g., clean up the machine, uninstall insufficient antivirus program and install a better one, put up firewalls, etc.). Unfortunately, the work was shoddy: some things weren't done (didn't uninstall old antivirus program and didn't install firewalls) and the laptop now is MUCH WORSE! (E.g., takes 2 minutes for anything you click on to open. Feels like it's 1994 again!) What's even "better": to get it fixed, I'll have to find a free day (which is hard when you're working 2 jobs) to get on the phone with another GeekSquad person and spend all those hours having them "walk me through" to repair it, myself! Yikes!!! (Money NOT well spent.)

They listen to questions and do a great job of talking to the customer in terms that they understand.

I could understand what he was telling me and he explained it so I knew what to do even though I'm not an expert

I always purchase the geek squad plan. The personnel is always friendly and can usually help me solve my issue.

Tech Support was very easy and fast. Used both the phone for help and the chat option. Very polite and helpful. The Geek Squad in Saginaw was somewhat slow on working with my old computer that needed some work done to it.

After my hard drive crash I got a Geeksquad membership. They replaced my hard drive and reinstalled all my software with my back up disk they were fast and friendly.

The Geek Squad technician was on time, very courteous, and knowledgable. We would not hesitate to use him again.

I would prefer being able to fix the problem my self, but Geek Squad is good if you need help fixing a problem.

The Tech support is worth every penny. Geek Squard is great and everyone can use some extra support sometimes.

Cooper Dunagin had to do extra work to get computer connected to internet. He recognized the lack of computer talent I have and he did his best to make sure I knew how to do different things. Extremely nice job by him.

I think they really care about the best course of action when you have problems. They discussed with me in great detail what my options were an then I made a decision, I appreciate their concern about my computer problems.

I LIKE THE SERVICE BUT WISH THE TECHS WOULD TEACH AND EXPLAIN ACTIONS SO I COULD LEARN TO SOLVE PROBLEMS MYSELF

Very helpful when I need my battery replaced. I have this service just in case something break on my computer.

I had difficulty with the code to enter for the installation of anti-virus/spam software. The Geek recovered the code, installed the software and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Very friendly and cordial. Thanks.

This service is worth the price, and each geek seems to really be knowledgeable . Always service with a smile!
