The best investment I have ever made for my computer. They even installed the programs when I bought my laptop.

Geek squad installed windows 8 on my new 23 inch all in one gateway. You would think that the expert geek would have known that you loose touch screen feature when you upgrade to windows 8. When I called about I they told me "sorry" and that I would have to search for the drivers again and I install them. I can do it but you would think the experts would have know that little fact

COMPUTER WAS NOT RUNNING AT ALL. TALKED TO AGENT AND WAS ADVISED BEST WAY TO PROCEED. ALL WORKED REALLY WELL.

Day or night. If I have a problem the walk me through it. If it can't be fixed aver the phone, my Best Buy store is within 2 miles from my home. And they know my name as I step through the front door. I love this place

Took longer than expected, do to my minimal technology knowledge, having some difficulty entering some systems

I have only had to use once when I was having a problem with my Samsung laptop. They were very friendly and really helped me out a lot. They fixed what was wrong in a very timely manner and got me back up and running.

I was having issues with my computer and the geek squad helped me over the phone and then set up an appointment for me so that I could get it fixed. They were fast and efficient and now my computer is running like new.

GEEK SQUAD and BEST BUY are AWESOME!!! I just love my new iPAD that has been set up by several agents with Best Buy and the Geek Squad, and my desk top runs better after the Techs removed spyware and updated my settings.

It is nice to know I have them to call b/c I know nothing about computers! They have been super helpful anytime I have called and they have gone above and beyond and make sure I am completely satisfied with their help!

I haven't had to call on the geek squad much, but the couple times that I did; I had an educating experience.

From the interaction I had when I dropped off my laptop, to the final go through and checkout, the Geek Squad staff was a pleasure to work with. They offered plenty of knowledge and got me back up and running quickly.

Tech Support is of great assistance to the computer illiterate and the technicians are good at reducing techno jargon to a level understandable to the uninitiated. They are always willing to help with any difficulty.

Called, and handled everything. I watched, they fixed. Even set up my wireless printer. Showed me pictures what I needed or where something needed to be connected. Walked me through it all ... no muss, no fuss, NO PAIN

They verified that my hard drive had crashed and made a good offer of replacement with the Seagate unit. It was all done in 2 days. They also followed up to see how it was doing. Good staff with excellent knowledge.

how much more can we say we loved our experience with best buy and that's why we never buy from any other electrronic retailer for our computer, comera etc equipment.

the geek guys had our new Asus computer set up for us much sooner than promised, they explained features of windows 8 (new for us) completely and answered all of our questions on a wide variety of non set up questions

I used Geek Squad twice when I purchased a new computer. Once at the store on PB Lakes Blvd where I purchased it and once at the PB Gardens Store. Both were excellent - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Previous desk top computer crashed with the Blue Screen of Death - purchased a new desk top - already had bought a flat screen monitor - have 2 fine printers - All working well together - very easy to re-hook up all items
