I knew this wasn't going to be sleek but it is larger than expected. I bought it for the nightlight feature to use when I have guests in town. Unlike traditional nightlights; this looks grown up, has an outlet and integrates with my smart home system. I also like that the nightlight can be turned on/off so it isn't always on and can can also be controlled remotely. Set up was easy and instructions were clear.

It sticks out from the wall quite a bit and with another plug, it looked bulky. We were also hoping the light would be dimmable.

Very easy to set up, works excellent with Alexa. The nightlight is nice. Once the lamp is turned off I can see where I'm going.

Won't pair with Google Home

I bought 3 Geeni Wifi Smart Plug & Nightlight (2x square, 1x round), and a regular one without a Nightlight. The one without a Nightlight works perfectly well. Had zero problems connecting to my app and Google Home.
However, the three Smart Plug with Nightlights won't work with my Google Home. The way you set it up is through Google Home app and the Geeni login. Again, I had no issues with the regular Geeni Smart Plug without the Nightlights. I reached out to Geeni support, but no response.
Aside from the Google Home issue, it works very well with the Geeni App. I would recommend this to a friend as long as the Google Home issue gets resolved.
