Assembly was easy and straightforward. Top speed is right around 20mph which is plenty for an ebike. Im 5'11 and around 185 and it has plenty of power to get me through hills. With the seat lowered i can reach the ground barely so wouldnt recommend for shorter riders. Love that i can fold it and put it in the back of my Rav4 alongside my wifes foldable ebike.Only cons like another review mentioned was that their is no resistance with the assist on so really no point in pedaling. Seat not very comfortable after a while so need to replace that. With gas prices the way they are, this is a great alternative!

Likes: simplicity of taking it out and popping it together in minuted. Good power and acceleration. Took 2 seconds before I was being followed and honked at by potential bike thieves so other people like it. Its super compact for storage and takes up about 3×4 ft of room. Dislikes: USPS transfered it a dozen times and ripped up fhe box. Someone even punched a hole to look inside. Its a workout getting it up 4 flights of stairs. It came with minor scratches someone sharpeed over. The height of everything makes sitting on it a little painful and difficult to reach the ground even with the seat lowered and I stand 6ft1". You have to sit straight up with not much room for relaxation. The super upright positioning makes handling a bit wobbly at first. The bike has zero pedal resistance with the power on which feels weird. I had a sweater fall off the bike and happened to touch the chain and 4 pronged battery connection and popped off a huge spark show.

This ebike is fun to ride. Assembly wasn’t bad and the speed is ok fast. The front brake however makes this weird sound I can’t seem to fix. Everything else is good to love about this bike.

Overall this ebike is great. It is fun and I'm able to bike when I don't feel like driving. I love that I can fold it up and put it in my trunk and not have to use a bike rack for my car. It also looks great, very stylish with the fenders. The ride is smooth and it can handle some rugged terrain. The weight is the only downside for me. It can be tough to carry up and down flights of stairs. The brakes are ok, they are standard bike brakes and I would consider upgrading because of the weight of the bike.

I'm a Best Buy employee and have been really interested in a compact E-Bike to ride to work. The box fit just barely fit in my compact sedan which was a relief. This was my first time assembling any type of bike so I found the step by step assembly videos very helpful. I was also impressed by the packing material. Everything was well wrapped so I found no knicks or scratches anywhere. Once I got it on the road I was very impressed with the bikes smooth acceleration and 20mph top speed. I felt confident cruising at 20mph with front and rear disc brakes proving ample stopping power. After a ride the bike is very easy to fold up for storage, and has no problem fitting in the trunk of my car. The battery is also easily removed so it can be brought in for charging. Overall I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of the bike and cannot wait to try it out on winter roads!

This electric bicycle in its beginning was an excellent product I had a very good 3 months of life then everything began to fail and the company did not take any guarantee

I had this bike for 1 week and i can tell you it's not worth it... first that 45 mile range is really a max of 25 miles, but i barely was able to figure that out before the bikes screen randomly said error one day then after that the bikes motor would randomly completely quit working while riding sometimes and other times it would think that the throttle was on full blast and refuse to stop causing me to almost get into serious accidents multiple times till i went back to best buy to return it where they put a criminal trespass on me because i was angry that the bike almost killed me accelerating into traffic even though i was hitting the brakes. So on the whole i wouldn't ever buy this bike and if you do buy anything definitely don't buy it from best buy.

As long as the warranty end, this trash broke down without any reason

At first i was on the fence about the max speed limited to 20, but decided to go for it and 20 actually feels pretty fast on a bike! It’s governed to comply with government restrictions that allow it to still be legally classified as a bike. It feels capable of much more, but if you want to go faster you should probably consider an electric motorcycle.

Impressive power and long range the bike is a little bumpy but has alot of power

Great bike for mountain bike riding or when the trails are wet or snow covered!

Assembly directions were confusing and not specific

Bike stopped working after 25 miles on odometer. Best buy doesn't care if you don't have extra warranty. Gen 3 helped find what's wrong and hope they going to repair that..... Very disappointed that it's broken after only 25 miles....

Great product quality parts. I wish it could be modify to get to class 3. The motor is strong enough but is held back by the software, control hardware. Gen3 support not helpful at all. Directed me to Bafang motors who had an agreement with Gen3 to to allow changes. This became circular, frustrating.

Best Buy horrible waiting over a month for my refund it now ridiculous
