The 64 gb San Disk is the ultimate must have tool to have with the use of any camera.It works great with transferring files with the adapter.For my use 64gb served it's purpose,it is also available in higher gb's if you desire. Great purchase.

Dell computers are the best working amongst all computer brands. I hardly have any problems with the ones I owned as compared to other brands I owned because I had less problems with them.

I basically payed $85 just to have them tell me that they can't fix my computer.

This review relates to service that was provided by the Geek Squad at the Best Buy Augusta, GA store. I had an Asus Transformer laptop that was not working and I took it to Best Buy to have them determine if it could be repaired. My laptop was under an extended warranty covered by Sears, which would reimburse me for repair costs up to the original cost of the laptop. After discussing various options with the technician, my laptop was sent to the Atlanta Service Center for diagnosis. The diagnosis cost was $35. Per a call from the Service Center, the repair costs we going to exceed the original cost of the laptop. Consequently, I requested that the laptop be returned and a written estimate be provided to enable me to submit a warranty claim for the original cost of the laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop was lost in transit back to the store. Subsequently, the Geek Squad Manager, Diana Medina, indicated that she would reimburse me for the original cost of the laptop plus the $35 diagnosis fee. This was excellent customer service that was provided without a hassle.

Geek Squad support system well worth the price... especially if you are a computer dinosaur.

I had to return my PC which was under warranty to have a noisy fan replaced. I brought it in 3 or 4 times but like going to the doctors it didn't make any noise at those times. Finally the technician heard it and made the arrangements to have it repaired. The three individuals that worked with me were always pleasant and informative. Once my PC was shipped for repair I received regular emails detailing exactly what was being done. I really appreciated this feedback. I feel very confident in discussing any issues I have with the GEEK Squad representatives.

I love the color choice we chose and how it operates, however the noise it makes when finished is a bit obnoxious as we do our wash late evening when we are all home to relax together. Overall it's a great washer and has a modern look and design.

The only problem is that we dropped the unit and broke the glass. the geek repair location wanted $450 to fix it. The unit cost $500. Be sure you buy insurance when you buy any computer at best buy.

Best Buy has knowledgeable customer help, no matter the department. If my question cannot be answered on the spot they never hesitate to go a step further and try to find out what I'm after.

Had to have my Mac Book sent off for hard drive diagnosis and replacement. I don't understand why it can no longer be done in store...it would be a greater customer service option.

I purchased my HP all in-one computer from Bestbuy and have had exceptional and professional service from Geek Squad and store associates. Keep up the good work.

bought in my laptop which had a broken screen. it was sent out to geek squad who did a great job fixing it at a reasonable price...very satisfied

Overall my laptop got repaired and reached to me. Good work from Geek squad.But the proce for service is bit high.

The Geek Squad was extremely helpful with letting know my options for fixing my laptop or purchasing a new one.

Unable to fix my receiver, but were really helpful and issued a credit for the price paid.
