Poor writing. Substandard animation.

Great series
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All GiTS movies and series are considered different, but this is supposed to be a kind of origin story, a prequel. It has 10 parts, parts 5-8 are presented here as ARISE Borders 3&4 The entire series is followed by the New Movie. Where are episodes 9 & 10? They got a Japan release as part of ARISE Alternate Architecture, and a stand alone as ARISE Pyrophoric Cult. They have not yet been released in the US with an English dub. WHERE ARE THEY? Since 9 & 10 are the end of the ARISE series, and have info used in The Nerw Movie its strange that they are not yet available.
