Backstory: I am not a content creator or a hardcore gamer. Just someone who wanted a laptop for productivity and light gaming. I recently returned a 4K touchscreen HP Spectre x360 (Excellent laptop w/1650 Ti GPU) because it constantly ran warm. In search of finding another Windows 4K laptop which ran cooler I came across this Aero 15 on sale. With the extra money from the return I was able to purchase an additional 1TB NVME SSD. I also upgrade the RAM (purchased on Amazon) from 16gb to 32gb.
The Good
Screen
Upgradability
Build quality
GPU
Lots of fans so it runs cool but quiet
Port Selection
Keyboard has RGB Lighting and is very comfortable to type on
No bloatware
Gigabyte Control Center
The Bad
Sound lacks bass otherwise it's good
I wish this 16gb/1660 Ti model came in the black version
It has Windows Hello but only the fingerprint not the facial recognition
Webcam placement is too low
Not Touchscreen
Overall this is the best laptop I have ever owned. Great for gaming and multimedia apps. You won't regret this purchase!

i've had powerful laptops in a similar size before, but none was so loud. the fan running too often, even without the fan a slight humming sound... and this with 48GB Ram and 2 SSD drives, so no mechanical parts to cool. without this issue (and the somewhat lackluster 4 hours battery lifespan) this would be an a-ma-zing laptop for the power it brings and the calibrated 4k samsung screen it carries.
even if it sounds petty the humming and the frequent fan activity have me on the verge of returning it.
(answering the 'would you recommend' question with yes, but it would be after a 'noise warning')
