I had high expectations for this irons performance however my expectations were shattered after first use. The Iron fluctuates between hot and cooler. The steam function provides minimum steam and overall the irons performance is disappointing , at best. I would not recommend this iron. I had to return first one I received because of shipment damage. Best Buy does not represent you if this is a separate vendor of theirs.
