This game is truly unbelievable. It's amazing what they're able to do with this aging hardware. You'll be hard pressed to find a better game anywhere.

You know I will admit right from the start that I may not have played the game long enough yet to give it a fair review, perhaps it does live up to the hype and deserve a 5 Star rating like so many other reviews and critics state. I am sure the game is really great, and I know that it has gotten a lot of acknowledgement, but the reason I give it only 4 Stars for me personally is because I test every single new game out that I purchase with my 60 Year old Parents to see if they are interested in it because if they are then we usually play the game together and watch the stories unfold. Most games they seem to really enjoy, examples I could bring up would be Uncharted 4, GTA 5, Detroit Become Human, Shadow of Collosus, Horizon Zero Dawn.. all of those games captured their attention as an audience, but God of War they were bored of within the first 20min. The Graphics are amazingly stunning, the gameplay is visually compelling, but for some reason whether it be the story or the combat (which I also found to be a bit annoying and clunky) it just didn't draw us in as much as I thought it was going to.. so this review is based on just the first 20min of God of War, perhaps the rest of the game is amazing and deserves 5 Stars but the first 20min didn't compete with many other great games that I have played before.

This is a complete upgrade from GOW3. This game has story, action gameplay, and upgrades! Give it a try, especially at already discounted price.

God of War is back with a vengeance. Epic story-telling, visuals and combat make this game second to none when it comes to PS4 exclusives.

I was really blown away by this game - the storyline surprised me and I was again and again amazed by the visuals and combat. Definitely recommended.

Game offers alot of great gameplay with startigy and tips for growing the characters...the story runs smoothly and brings you back into the universe.

The God of War series has been a huge success for the play-station thru its previous generations, and GOW 4 does not disappoint. The game is set in Norse mythology with Kratos now escaping his past and teaching his son Atreus to become a warrior. GOW 4 has evolved to a over the shoulder rpg action adventure, with extra tactical ways to execute attacks and combos with the addition of Atreus. The enemies add new challenges and are more fierce, and the loot system is very rewarding. GOW 4 in my opinion is the best in the series, and the best game out for the PS4.

Loving it, the graphics are awesome. Control is laid out the same as the others so makes it easy to play.

Action packed game that never gets old. Controls are a bit harder compared to the previous release bit it's still by far the best game for me.

Still has good combat like the others, but the storyline is taken to a new level. If you have a PS4 this needs to be bought no matter what

This game is very different and yet it's very God of WAR at it's core. The gameplay, story, and graphics are amazing. There is also a ton of content.

This game is a definite buy for all PlayStation 4 owners. Great story, awesome gameplay, and all the loot you could want. Be prepared for boats

This best game I have played since PS4 came out. I like the open world style of play and I like how they mix in both mythology into the story.

I was really impressed on how awesome this game looks on a PS4 Pro. The game itself is also fun to play with lots of upgrades and good story line.

This by far is the best PS4 game this year! Great story and awesome graphics. This is one game every PS4 owner should add to their collection.
