I've been wanting this game for my son for a while now but with prices still sky high (the game was still $60 years after it's initial release) and money being tighter now due to prices being higher in general I had to really hunt for that bargain. Thankfully I waited. It finally went on sale for $19.99 and I had a $10 Best Buy rewards credit so I managed to get this game for $10!! I was beyond thrilled that my son finally gets to play this chapter in the legendary Kratos saga!! Xmas has officially been made!! Kratos, family and some hot chocolate... What more could a boy ask for!

One of the best titles and must have for ps5. Santa Monica studios did and excel job with this game! I can’t wait for the next Kratos adventure!

God of War ragnorok obviously had lofty goals as the sequel to one of the best games of all time. And it certainly comes close. The story becomes very packed and the characters have been MCU-ified. The gameplay as Kratos is improved in almost every way. Unfortunately there are huge segments of the game where you are not playing as Kratos and it’s mind numbingly boring.

God of War Ragnarok is a breathtaking triumph, blending heart-pounding combat with a deeply emotional narrative. Kratos and Atreus’ journey through the Norse realms dazzles with stunning visuals, immersive sound design, and refined gameplay. The axe-throwing and blade-wielding feel weighty and precise, while new abilities keep battles fresh. Its rich story and expansive world make it a must-play PS5 masterpiece!

Bought on sale for 20 dollars as a gift for a.friend he said it was one of his fav games and loves the story and how the game plays

I bought this because it was sale. The game itself is almost flawless. Only thing that would it better if it had more adventure.

Awesome moving story, gorgeous graphics on a Gen 1 PS5 Disc model.

The game excels in storytelling, character development, and visual presentation. It maintains the high standards set by its predecessor, offering intense combat, engaging puzzles, and expansive exploration. While the combat system remains largely unchanged, the variety of enemies and side quests provide depth and action packed fun.

Not typically my type of game but have really enjoyed it. Great storyline and gameplay.

This is a great follow-up to GoW, it takes everything great about the previous and builds upon it fantastically. Atreus has expanded abilities and feels like an even more competent partner, and the new abilities and skills are fun. Not to mention maintaining the high quality of story telling and ability to explore even more, whay more could you want. I can't wait for more!

The story of the previous GoW entry continues with the same grandeur you’d expect from the franchise. Kratos and Atreus continue to grow and evolve together while fighting all of Norse world, which too is gorgeous! Not much else I can add that others haven’t said.

One of the best Sequal games I have ever played, truly did not disappoint. Graphics are outstanding and gameplay is a lot of fun.

Great game to play with family and friends some what difficult at the begining but I had fun with it .

Excellent continuation of the reborn series. I love the dynamic between the two. Can be challenging but there is a ton of content (most of it optional) and a fantastic story here.

I personally didn't play these games, but I got this for my husband for Christmas and he was excited for this game! I personally just read reviews and such and picked it out without even knowing he was interested in playing this game. So, kuddos to so the reviews that helped me choose this game! Thank you! I've watched him play it a few times and I'm impressed with this game!

Great follow up to the past God of War entry. God of War as an action RPG works very well! Awesome game and the Platinum was insanely fun to work for! Story is long and this game is meaty!

God of War Ragnarök is phenomenal. The story is emotional, combat feels refined, and visuals are stunning. Easily one of the best games on PS5.
