One of the best James Bond movies ever and Pierce Brosnan is excellent. The stunts are fantastic and the storyline moves right along, the villains and fight scenes are awesome too. One of my favorite movies and it looks great on Bluray.

Blu ray Bond is best ! I am replacing all of my DVDs with the blu ray version for my 4K player and flat screen. Better picture, sound, and more durable disc.

For the Bond fans out there. Pierce Bronson finally gets his shot playing the famous British secret agent. It has all the ingredients of a Bond movie; fast cars, hot women, exotic locales, and of course, villains. Also, Judi Dench brings in a fresh take on "M". The blu ray format brings out the sound and picture clarity you will definitely appreciate.

Pierce Brosnan is one of my favorites to portray James Bond, the womanizing British Spy also known as 007. Haven't seen this movie in years so it was great to revisit. The cover art is just ok but it was re-releases with all Bond titles with similar art. It not only had the Blu-ray but also has digital copy & $7.00 towards the newest Bond movie, Spectre. Overall it's a good deal.

I know some people won't agree but Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig are my favorite Bonds. Mostly because the stories, action, stunts and special effects are so much better than the older films and to me, that makes the stories more believable. Seeing these films on Blu-ray are like heaven for me, if you love them too, then grab them on Blu-ray, you won't regret it.

I loved Pierce Brosnan as James Bond. Thought he was an excellent replacement for Sean Connery and Roger Moore. I'm not a fan of the Daniel Craig Bond films. Loved the special effects in this movie and the implications of electric impulses wiping out our power and communications in current times should be taken more seriously!!! Excellent Bond film!

Definitely was the first movie I watched in the 007 series. It was the reason why I kept watching new 007 movies. Great start in the series with Pierce Brosnan, though many 007 fans of the older movies may disagree. I am a casual watcher and I thoroughly enjoyed this one.

Goldeneye is definitely one of my favorites in the James Bond series. As with any Bond movie, it's entertaining. There's just the right amount of action, sensuality, witticism, intrigue, and humor. An all around great movie, and Pierce Brosnan is excellent as 007. No question you should buy this movie. You won't be disappointed.

In response to the previous reviewer, yes, 12 TV ads, and 2 theatrical trailers are included. It also includes a "World of James Bond" special hosted by Elizabeth Hurley (which I recall aired on FOX the week this film was released), 2 or 3 behind the scenes documentaries, director's commentary, and the Tina Turner music video. Definitely a keeper for any James Bond fan. "Goldeneye" is probably my favorite Bond film of all time.

Pierce Brosnan's first turn at James Bond is great thrill ride filled with cool gadgets, high speed action and pulse-pounding set pieces. Whether you are a dedicated Bond fan or just getting acquainted to the franchise, I would highly recommend.

Before Daniel Craig came along and the filmmakers tried to make Bond more like Bourne, Bond films were still fun. And GOLDENEYE was a return of sorts to the old kinds of Bond films. Thoroughly entertaining, with Pierce Brosnan, in his first time out as James Bond, having a lot of fun with the role. Oh, and there's Famke Janssen as the villain. Wonderful stuff.

I loved this movie when I saw it in the theater many years ago. Now I can watch it again in the comfort of my home. All the James Bond movies are good for a few hours entertainment at any time. I am glad I can add this movie to my Bond collection!

This is my favorite Bond movie by far! It feels more down to Earth and I haven't liked any since. I loved the N64 game so it makes this more enjoyable too. Also, no propaganda from china who now owns a lot of influence on the franchise.

By far the best bond movie (casino royale is 2nd, same director too). movie is just like the n64 game, amazing action and love how it’s 007 vs 006!

This is the first Bond film I saw in theaters and it blew me away. I'm so glad there's finally a blu ray. Though the film is a bit dated, the picture and audio quality is pretty good. The features though low in video quality, are informative and great to have as Bond fan.

Dare I say.. best Brosnan movie ever? Plenty of action, varied settings, solid story. Not based on one of the original bond books, but who cares... a modern Bond classic!

This is by far Pierce Brosnan's best bond movie, and in my opinion one of the best Bond movies period. Not the greatest video quality for a Blu-ray, but the best you will find for this movie. Sound quality is great though!
