This dvd/cd set is very entertaining. I can watch or listen to my favorite former Beetle. I saw the show first on tv & then decided that I had to have it on dvd.

Fantastic concert Paul is always great to watch and listen to

Fantastic concert, music and everything. I bought this after seeing the Paul's Farewell to Candlestick concert in San Francisco. I can't believe how fabulous the guitar intro of "Day Tripper" sounded live. So I had to buy this New York version since it has the song. This package is well produced except that removing the disc from the very tight "pocket" is hard when trying not to touch the bottom side. This DVD is "Paul McCartney Good Evening New York City" but why is it called "Gute Reise " on the Best Buy website ??

I saw part of this concert on a CBS TV special and I had to see it in its entirety. Paul McCartney was 67 years old in July 2009 at the time this was filmed and the amount of energy he put in these performances was phenomenal. The songs chosen fully encompass his brilliant career with a great blend of Beatles' classics, Wings and his solo work. The concert would not have been what it was without the very accomplished musicians backing him up. The packaging for the deluxe edition is impeccable and includes the surprise bonus of a trading card of Paul on stage with statistics of the concert on the reverse side. The double album and DVDs come in a hard bound book with striking photography full liner notes. This is definitely a must have for any music fan.

I have every album this man has ever made. I have never heard his voice in better shape. He pays to moving tributes his late wife, Linda, an emotional tribute to John, and a sweet tribute to George. The crowd couldn't be more into it and the song selction is awesome. No he doesn't make many wordrobe changes Madonna, but he doesn't have to because his music and talent speaks volumes over other artists that have to put on a spectical in order to keep their audience interested. Mccartney is truly the greatest artist of our time, and if you're alive and reading this...It's your time!!!! Buy it

The first Paul McCartney live album in seven years delivers and demonstrates his staying power and continued performance abilities. Although pulled only from his Citi Field performances in New York last summer, this album accurately picks up the vibe and electricity from audiences in other cities and venues from around the U.S.! Would have loved to hear his Buddy Holly cover from Dallas again, bonus tracks are "so easy"!

If you have ever been to a McCartney concert, you will find this to be as close to the actual event as possible. There are many Beatle, Wings, and McCartney originals but must maintain a time frame that doesn't allow for many other gems. Of all the other concert edits out on the market, this is by far the most unique and true to concert form.

I saw Paul McCartney at Fenway in Boston this summer. It was the BEST concert I've been to. The DVD brought me right back to that beautiful August night in Boston. This is a great gift for any fan of Macca!

Sir Paul and his band put on a fantastic show, as always!

After seeing Paul at Fenway Park its hard to imagine the show he puts on for his age.This man is timeless.I do hope a future Blu Ray is released.
