It was good till it wasn’t… No one needs a security item that juat stops working…And has nightmarish support… I will not buy this product again…

Posted .Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback with us about the Nest Doorbell (battery), and we’re sorry to learn that the QR code doesn’t register with your phone. Though the QR code is typically at the back of the doorbell, you can also find the QR code on the envelope that came in the box with your doorbell. If your phone can’t scan the QR code, you can manually type in the setup/entry key. Tap Continue without scanning at the bottom of the QR code scanning screen. Then type in your product’s entry key. You can tap Find the code or Show me how, and the app will show you where the serial is located on your product. If you have a hard time reading your Nest product’s entry key or serial number, take a picture with your phone’s camera. Then open the picture in your photo app and zoom in.
