I am happy I decided to give Google products a chance. These are worth the price tag, but I'm happy with the refurbished pair I bought. They were almost half off and work just the same. I may try more refurbished from now on. These sound great, fit , atheistic as well as durable.

Missing medium ear tips which are the ones I need. This leaves me with having to contact best buy to see if I can get those sent to me or just buy replacements on Amazon. They came to me still paired to another user. Box shows slight use and wear and tear. See pics I would not recommend buying these used as Best Buy seems to have an ongoing issue with not sending the medium size ear bud tips so if that's your size just buy it new and you should be good and you won't have to deal with any extra issues. The pixel buds however are awesome, once I reformatted them and did a software update we are all good to go. Once I get medium tips I should say.

Item seems to be in like new in good working condition. However, It is likely that nothing was done after the original owner returned the item. It had not been factory reset. When linked to my phone, the device appeared with an unknown name (Bearded McCoy's Pixel Buds). The device would have appeared as "Google Pixel Buds A-Series" if they had a proper refurbish, which would have included a factory reset.

Rating is for BestBuy, not the the ear buds. I bought these to replace a pair of Pixel Buds A that I was very happy with but which I lost. This is the third time I've purchased "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" ear buds of some sort in the past two years. The first two times I got Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and it was obvious nobody had actually inspected the buds I ordered because they were dirty, the package was not orderly, and/or they were missing some little bits. But they worked fine so I kept them. But this time, the Google Pixel Buds A didn't even work (they wouldn't pair with devices), and the ear tips were entirely missing. So I've lost trust in BestBuy's "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished," which is a bummer.

Amazing product that has been serving me for over a year. The sound quality is great for what it is and the battery life is plenty long.

The box was a little damaged but the earbuds looks brand new, came with manual and every ear tips, the earbuds over all are really good fit, wear them to work after 6 or 7 hours my ear starts hurting but they are the only earbuds that doesn't fall of my ear, I tested a lot of brand and this is by far the best fit.

Got these to replace my broken ones, at first they wouldn't connect but now they work just fine. A new replacement case costs about the same as this so this was a better deal.

Received like new. There are best buds I have ever used. Works well with running and can use all day long without hurting my ears.

Great set of earbuds. The buds have a rich elegant sound. Great bass, fantastic mids, and the highs are top notch as well. I bought a pair for myself and my wife. The comfort of the earbuds are great as well, and I can't even feel when they are my ear.

My original pixel buds stop working. Saw this on Best Buy at a good price. They work just like new. They work great with my hearing aids. I'm back in the saddle again. Thanks Best Buy.

IMO best earphones on the market. Sleek design that does not hurt the ear canal while earling for extended periods of time.

Earbuds were perfectly, but they definitely were not clean

Terrible, received dirty case dirty buds with ear wax all over them and actual pice of flesh disgusting, missing ear tips, had to waste my time returning them, there is no way these were even given the smallest amount of care or cleaning before being passed off onto a customer. And i missed the sale on the brad new ones because i choose these because they were suggested to me from bestbuy while shopping for the new ones. Horrible customer service in the bestbuy stor she said oh well it did not come from this store.

My product came loose in a shipping box with no tips but the buds themselves had ear wax on them! Absolutely disgusting!

They sound good, stay in ear, and don’t hurt after an hour. Assistant works flawlessly, as do the touch controls. Open them, put them in your ear and your ready to go. My Pixel 6 pro recognized them immediately. Fun fact…the case doesn’t wirelessly charge. It does have a magnet inside though that allows you to stick the case to walls and other metal objects. Geek squad refurb….let’s talk The box was ripped up pretty bad. The earphones themselves still had yellow stuff on them which I can only assume is from the previous owner. I had to deep clean them and bought some new ear tips off Amazon. The worst though…they weren’t even reset. They were register to some guy named Randall and wouldn’t allow my phone to register them until I reset them. This wasn’t a big deal, just took some googling and time. But isn’t that EXACTLY what geek squad is supposed to be doing. This was far from “good As new”. I’ll buy from somewhere else new in the future. Best Buy can’t seem to take basic hygiene serious.

These are the most comfortable earbuds. They don’t fall out even with exercise. The charge lasts so long- days before you have to recharge!

I purchased Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Google Pixel Buds A-Series (White), and I’m very impressed with the quality. The earbuds looked spotless, paired instantly with my phone, and the sound is just as good as buying them new. I bought these to replace a set of Pixel Buds (not the A series) that were cutting out when I turned my head. These work fine and don't seem to suffer from the same problem as often. But they also don't offer the swipe-for-volume controls as the more expensive model, and they don't have wireless charging. Still, the sound is good and they're reliable.
