There is a crack on the camera lens. Otherwise it is in good condition.

I purchased this phone as a Christmas gift, without realizing the return deadline was the day after Christmas. The phone does not work properly, is glitchy, and randomly closes out of all apps. Customer service has been no help since it is past the return/trade deadline (I contacted them 12/31). All they tell me is I have to bring the phone into a Best Buy store, which is not easy given how many are closing down, therefore having to travel to get to one. If you do want to purchase this phone, be mindful of the deadline! I will never purchase Geeksquad Certified Refurbished again. $390 down the drain.

I brought this phone as it says unlocked which is mis interpreting as it doesnt work on US AT&T as this is a model from europe which as limited bands of network.

Be careful, this item is branded as "unlocked" but when I tried my SIM card I discovered it was locked by Spectrum Mobile. I called the mobile company and they told me the phone was locked because the previous owner had a due balance. There is a risk that this product is not Unlocked, i will try to get a refund

15 day return time at Christmas wasn’t clear. Not enough time to return. Poor customer service.

was quite worn out and raggedy. even for a refurbished phone, maintenance could have been better.

This phone is very fragile. It accidentally felt down and cracked the glass, now the entire screen is blackened. I can’t see anything on the screen.

Still waiting for this to be delivered. It’s been a month….the tracking number provided says that it hasn’t shipped yet.

Arrived gross and scratched. Had small hairs on it, was dirty, and had scratches on the screen.

It was easy to purchase online and it came quickly to my home address phone works great as if it was new, ...it a refurbished phone

Inlove my pixel 7a but it should’ve been partially charged when I received it from the store and apparently it had a dead battery so I had to charge it ij my car luckily i had a charger in the car so I went in my car and charged it but for now on, please make sure the phones are charged if you’re gonna sell this phone

Good product. As it is a refurbished product, cleaning details are not taken into account; they do not ensure that the equipment is completely in perfect condition. In my case the screen was not attached to the frame of the cell phone and it got hot when charging, for this reason I had to return the product

There are scratches on the screen which is understandable because it's a refurbished phone but I wasn't expecting that many scratches. Battery heats up when gaming and last only a day. Camera is really good.

The phone is great! But Best Buy sent me a locked phone when it was supposed to be unlocked. This is also the third time that I had to re-order from the refurbished phone department to get one that works.
