I wanted to try a Pixel phone, and thought a certified refurbished one might be a good place to start. I received it in record time. However, when I charged it and then turned it on, it became almost too hot to the touch and emitted a strange smell. I immediately turned it off and waited for a day to try it again. Same issue, but this time it heated up even faster. Best Buy put a potentially dangerous product into the stream of commerce, after certifying it was perfectly fine. I am unhappy with the product. I have 2 weeks to return it for a refund, but am traveling and won't be able to return it until the end of the month. Customer service indicated that I had a 90 day window for them to repair it, but a refund couldn't be guaranteed. I don't want the phone repaired. I don't want the product. We'll see how the store manager deals with their when I go into the store to return it at the end of the month. Very dissatisfied customer.

Only issue I have is that the battery dies a little faster than expected even at moderate use

they gave me a lightening cable with the google phone but otherwise good

Even though it was used, they did a good job refurbishing it, and it is basically getting a great discount on a new phone.

Returned it the same day, due to fault in charging point. The charging cable kept slipping out of the charging point. Tried 2 different cable to check if it’s the cable’s fault. But it wasn’t. Everything else looked neat and clean but I had no choice because a phone with bad charging point is no good.

Phone wasnt in the box when delivered. Havent received a refund or new phone.

Wouldn't recommend. Took a long time to turn on and what not
