Refurbished Google Pixel 7 pro was in great condition and works as expected. Only issue I had was that not all of the original cables and adapters came with the phone. The iPhone adapter was missing and the adapter cable received was A-to-C not C-to-C which is needed for the recommended Google charger.

It was nice to get a Refurbished Pixel 7 Pro 256GB (Unlocked) - Obsidian for less than 1/2 of original price. The phone appears to be in good working order with no scratches. One star taken off because of lax packaging - the phone and the cable were both thrown in a bubble bag into a box and shipped off. I am impressed with this phone, especially the camera!

Good phone lots to learn nice camera love the screen

The phone itself is great, no issues thus far. This was a re-sent phone after my first one got lost/stollen in the mail. My only complaint is that the box the phone was mailed in was literally labeled as a Google Pixel 7 Pro. Best Buy should really consider removing that from the label. But after my first one was never delivered, my customer service experience was wonderful and getting a replacement was hassle free. And again, the phone itself works like new.

the phone itself is great, it has a slight issue of heating up but other than that its great! although i was worried about the packaging, it was sent in a small box with a flap, NO TAPE. that was concerning to me but i received it fine.

I had so many problems with my last x3 google pixel x(6 pro, 6 pro, 7 pro) phones that I replaced them with a Moto and have completely forgotten to continue with the warranty claims.. i'm satisfied with my 2ish year old phone and only considering continuong with my warrently claim for my 7pro phone for thr6 resale value. would not consider another pixel. x3 over 4 year pixel user / former android fanboy

Good phone everything works easy to set up. They did include the wrong charging cord for an iPhone at time of purchase but I should have checked when I picked it up.

Tried to buy from Best Buy and have about once a year but their prices only make sense with the Best Buy credit card incentives only the account was not working and Best Buy customer service hours are odd and so I could not get it fixed only to look at the giant online store and I could get the same phone new for $40 more and have it next day, and earn 5% back so for $25 net I got the phone brand new no hassle in 24hrs not 10 days later....and the Pixel 7 Pro is a great phone.

The only thing I will say is my speaker port was a little dirty but other than that love it! Looks brand new!

After 6 months of having the phone and take good care of it. One morning the phone does not turn on anymore!!!! the warranty is now saying there was a sign of water therefore it's not being covered!!! I'm so confused!!! the only thing I can think of is the moisture in the air after a rainy day!!!! I'm so disappointed of the phone and the warranty!
