It works fine, but ring camera with flood light is much better ane the ring app has better interface and features like snooze button

Installing the cameras was easy for me. No problems with connecting to wireless network's. Great product.

Not worth the money. The camera has a very difficult time catching anything. I've even adjust the sensitivity to high and it still only starts to record after the person has walked up/past the camera. My older Arlo system is much better.

Your camera runs algorithms to process video and audio data so it can determine whether it detected something you might want to know about. If you only need your camera to detect people, animals, or moving vehicles, we recommend that you do not turn on the basic motion and sound detection feature. You might have to move your camera, change your camera’s angle, or change something in the scene so that you don’t miss important activity and choose which events your camera or doorbell can detect and record (people, motion, package etc.).

There was no charging cable in the box. The package had a checklist which said cable is present . But none received. Called their customer support and supervisor team several times and asked for help. But no one helped. Poor experience and pathetic support. Overall what a bad experience

This camera works get with my iPhone and google hub. I’m able to see a wide range of my backyard.

We’d be happy to share this with the right team as we’re constantly looking to improve the reliability, usability, and use of various features. Meanwhile, although you can connect your camera to a power outlet with the included power adapter for continuous power to keep the battery charged, the power adapter included is not weatherproof and not intended for outdoor use. We recommend using a compatible weatherproof cable (sold separately) instead.

I bought it not knowing the camera can't be added to my other NEST cameras. In order for the GOOGLE camera and my 3 nest cameras, I would have to migrate my nest cameras to the GOOGLE camera. That can be done, but have to cancel the nest subscription and buy a GOOGLE subscription at twice the cost. I returned the camera and will repostion my others.

You actually get a lot more value with the new Nest Aware subscription since it lets you pay one amount for all your Google Nest cameras in your home. This includes any new Nest camera you buy, and all your older Nest cameras, rather than paying for each camera which can be more costly. I do not see a reason for so many negative reviews. It could be little challenging setup for non technical person but these days YouTube can help you with anything.

I really wanted to get this camera working since i already own other google devices in my home but the Google Home app just would not detected this camera, therefore could not get to use this camera. After a few hours of wasting my day fiddling with it, I ended up returning this camera. This will give me a chance to check out all the other brands.
