Decent picture quality. Wish we could monitor on TV monitor. Too much hassle to Cast.

The color and sound are good. However it does not have a large range of motion so we could not see our entire yard. It kept going into night mode during the day.

Love Google camera system! Im able to review past events with greatesolution. I mostly enjoy the app control and user friendliness. I currently own 3 cameras and 1 doorbell for my home as well as 4 cameras and 1 doorbell that are owned by in-laws. Highly recommend!

Google changed this product and it stinks now. It doesn’t go through the Nest app anymore. You have to use the Google Home app and the phone gets very hot with that running in the background my personal opinion is that Google will probably be selling it off.

Our priority with this launch was building a complete experience for our new cameras and doorbell along with other smart home devices in the Home app. Although the new Nest cameras and doorbells are exclusive to the Google Home app, users like you with previous versions of Nest cameras can view their camera feeds in the Home app alongside the new Nest Doorbell and Nest Cams. Also, using the Google Home app provides you with a lot of benefits including access to Google's trusted security platform and access to other Google tools and with seamless integration with other Google devices. A single place to set up, manage, automate, and control your home, including devices from other brands.
Meanwhile, we recommend trying the steps below that can clear Home app issues: - Make sure you’re using the most current version of the Home app on your phone or tablet. - Make sure that your phone is up to date, with the correct Date & Time settings. - Confirm that the Home app has permissions to use your phone's location. - Close other apps running in the background. - Restart your phone.
