First time i made a order on line from best buy, starting off experience, wasnt too good at all, best vbuy did there part by shipping product in timley manner, my problem was with Fedex, yep they lost my product, never even made it to my adress, called and called fedex time and time again, all they would say wast under investigation, said some one would be intouch, well that never happened, finally i caled best buy told them about my problem, right away checked my email and my produt was being reshipped, word to the wise, if this happens to you, dont call custom service, use on line chat instead, phone calls will get u no where, talk to a bunch of folks that dont speak english to well. was done with best buy but after today they can still get my business.On-line chat works.

This phone has helped me a bunch. Amazing picture quality, excellent AI, has photo features you usually have to pay for. The software is the biggest thing for me and it was perfect!

It doesn't come with a plug!! Sooooo annoying. Other than that, it is fine. It rings when someone calls. It sends texts when I ask it to. It takes pictures. It accesses the internet. And it is unlocked so no proprietary crap. This is average to good.

best buy for better experience of user interface and design and also features

Pretty good phone so far, works well the the Google suite and no cracks after almost a year. The only annoying thing is sometimes it'll automatically pop up my wallet when I don't intend to use it. Otherwise, pretty good quality resolution and camera.

One of the best from Pixel. I have used this phone ever since it was launched and it still performs better than any other phones. And the new android updates keeps making the phone more fun to use.

switched from a samsung. not a big learning curve to figure it out. however, having used android for samsung, some things with the pixel just don't make sense. i like the back button on the samsung so even when there isn't one on whatever app is being used i can still go back. chrome doesn't use the button any more in favor of the swipe. maybe i'll learn to like it but it seems stupid now. i would rather push back as it is a simpler and easier method- takes less time too as sometimes the phone takes a couple swipes before it recognizes the function. at least it isn't as overpriced samsung and iphone.

Great phone for the price, awesome camera! I wish it had a sonic fingerprint sensor and 45W charging tho

Phone has done me well after a couple of years. Picked it up and had great service from what I remember.

An excellent phone. The screen is very clear and does very well outdoors. Great battery life. Apps load fast. Camera excellent. I'm very pleased.

Probably one of the best phones i've owned. Coming from a long list of flagship Samsung phones, this is a great alternative. I opted for this over the pixel pro simply for the ergonomics and flat edges. This is the end game phone and at a killer price. Pure google experience *chefs kiss* My one complaint is the mediocre battery life. The competition at this price point has it beat. It still gets me through the day and im not overly concerned of the remaining life towards the end of my day. Id say my onscreen usage is on the more longer periods. The display is a little bit on the dimmer side, but again not a deal breaker nor that of a major concern. Its noticable compared to Samsungs.

Great phone but battery could be better. Very fast

Decent phone, came from a Moto G Power 2020, so liking the much better horsepower of this phone. Miss the rear fingerprint reader of the Moto. The Pixel in-screen print reader is hit or miss. Haven't taken many pics, but seems a huge improvement in Zoom and Focus over the Moto.

I like everything about the phone so far. Face reader and fingerprint unlock work great, even works with sunglasses on. Good phone connectivity. If you are a casual phone user as I am, the battery life is great, at over 2 days.

Seriously love this phone. It is the best phone on the market in my opinion. I don't understand how Samsung and Apple can charge double the cost but this Pixel does everything they do the same, but with a better camera.

Great phone! I've been using Google phones since the 3a, it has all the specs I want at a price that's affordable. 10 of 10 recommend but can't say the same for best buy trade in program.

Phone has a good camera... My previous phone was a note so I could be a little bias when I say it doesn't work as fast or have the capabilities I'm used to.... Besides the occasional phone conversation being disconnected, it's a good little phone.

I got phone for my wife, she mainly watches videos, ticktock, and texts people and it lasts through the day. Don't have any complaints.

Pixel 7 build has been one of the best from Google till date. Tensor 2 chip has improved camera features with cinematic mode and AI functionality. Speech to text conversion is a breeze. Great Product overall with remarkable battery improvements

Wife loves it. She was using a motorola and has really enjoyed the new phone.
