not easy to use. do not like this phone. should have kept my old phone.

It's a big improve from the Pixel 6 thats for sure! The only disappointment I have from this phone is the facial unlock. I love that they added it but it seems like a half measure. It's not as good as the Pixel 4's. And when you utlize it it's not secure enough so they force you to verify with your fingerprint when using apple pay

Phone is okay but finger print scanner is worst than Motorola phones. Alwasyy frustrating.

The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro both suffer from terrible cellular and Wi-Fi signal. Google was unable to fix the issues with software troubleshooting, so they wanted to issue a replacement, but it was a brand new device so I opted to return it to Best Buy instead. Best Buy charged a restocking fee for both devices when the issues were out if my control. I’d recommend buying your cellphones elsewhere.

The phone is excellent when it works...If you have issues with it, Google does not replace it...As I found out with my Pixel 7 Pro, that does not connect to any network, it was working, then dropped off the network. The phone was not even six months old.

i just got mine yesterday, i restore my backup and did all the play store updates and system update just fine, the phone was working all fine but out of nowhere it reboot by itself, so i didn't mint because i thought it was finishing updating but i was wrong, yesterday it reboot about 4 times and this morning October 15 it did it again so i did a factory data reset and now it still doing it, trying to get help from google they say to return it and get a replacement. until then I'll keep the one star till i exchange it today.

Good phone for short term use. Good camera quality

Phone is great but bestbuy sucks ….. I preordered the device to receive a promotional gift card and I haven’t received it I raised like 10 tickets but still they wrong department and keep on hold for two hours ….also they say your gift card is on the way but remember guys it’s a scam don’t trust bestbuy they lost me

Phone has some heating issues, other than no negatives.

The fingerprint sensor literally never works, the home screen isn't fully customizable, and the phone heats up absurdly hot for just trying to do basic functions. Not sure why everyone is ranting and raving about this phone. I bought it and hated it from day 1.

I was hoping so much more, i think it's a regular phone with great marketing, nothing special, camera it's not that great, battery it's not enough even for a day, feeling disappointed.

The 7 is the best android phone under $600 easily. It checks all the boxes. You can get through the day with battery life but i wish they would have not made the battery smaller from last years model. Other than that i have no complaints.

The item was delivered to the wrong address and Best Buy refused to reship or issue a refund. A simple google search would show that the address for the order was not the same as the photo sent for proof of delivery. BestBuy is refusing to take blame and up to now the matter has not been resolved. Instead they are asking me to contact loccal law enforcement but the shipping company told me BestBuy can and should file a claim on my behalf.

Works fine but lacks in some compatibility issues. You need to go to setting to uninstall. It doesn't remember app login or logs out after some time. Camera quality is good but looks unrealistic or with other colors

Cellular connectivity is still unreliable like the Pixel 6

The phone stopped linking to my google account within a month. Could not use any of the apps, playstore, youtube, gmail, calender. Customer Support team did not do anything! Terrible Service. Contacted them more than 4 times. In the end had to reset my device. Worked for two weeks and the same issues popped up again. Absolutely not worth the price I've spent on the device. Highly disappointing. Go for any other brand!

Google makes good phones at a pretty good and affordable price point. Google Pixel 7 is no different. Also, every version of google pixel series has notable improvements making Pixel 7 the top of the lot in the series.

I bought this phone for my wife and after an extensive reviewing of the features I'm a bit jealous. I won't tell you the overly expensive phone i have but with the exception of the camera they are on the same level.

The battery life is nowhere near what they claim. It also heats up very quickly which has me concerned about how long it will last as well as whether it's safe to use
