Overall a good mobile phone after using Samsung s22. Though small details are missing like one time pohone silent button, or even a gallery app

Excellent phone that feels like a flagship, it feels like Google finally quit making phones with strange omissions or weird features nobody wanted (like radar or temp sensors). Body feels high quality and it works very fast in normal use. Of course the pictures are insanely good too as expected. One annoying thing is the three different Google assistant and Gemini assistants that don’t talk to each other, the AI stuff is quite messy right now and will surely get sorted eventually in software updates. Overall though these are fantastic phones especially when purchased with the generous promotions Google offers.

Excelente phone! I got this for my Apple-enemy husband and he's been loving it so far! The screen graphics look amazing, photos come out super HD as well as videos, overall performance is 10/10

Bought a new phone, no hassles, no damage. Everything worked as expected. The phone is impressive for the price. I would recommend over a Samsung product.

Great little phone, quick and responsive with a good camera and up to date features.
Only thing I don't love with this model is it's pretty tiny. Going from a much larger screen to this one made it difficult to enjoy shows, games, YouTube etc although the resolution and clarity are amazing.
If you are used to a larger size of phone/screen then consider getting the Pixel 9 Pro XL which is a lot larger in size. At release the Pro XL cost an additional $400 or something so I couldn't quite justify the price difference there.
This phone also comes with Android 14 and can run Android 15 beta, so if you're looking for the latest OS version you'll find it here.

An excellent quality phone from Google. I upgraded from Pixel 6a. Photo quality is better and battery lasts bit longer than 6a. Pre-launch Promotional deal from Best Buy made me jump on the new phone, else I would have waited for sometime before buying.
Many positives about the phone. Which everyone talks about.
Some negatives
- Fingerprint hardly works with tempered glass on. Face recognition works but problem is at night / when it's dark.
- Feels heavy (because I am comparing with 6a)
- Because of the weight, I felt accessing the keyboard is bit difficult. I have fairly large hands.

The phone is quick and responsive and physically feels like a quality product. The camera takes decent photos, but lacks on the zoom. Battery life gets through the day, but nothing special. The phone however is very slippery and the screen appears to scratch relatively easily.

I used many cell phones since 2000 and finally Google decides to move their google search bar to the very bottom of the screen. This now leaves several inches of bare space at the top of your homepage where nothing can be placed. Just a small font date that cannot be turned off or moved. So make sure you have a nice wallpaper since that is what you will mostly see on your homepage.

It takes a little bit of time to adjust from one phone to another. Muscle memory is something not easily retrained, but the Pixel 9 has a smooth flow about it. It *glides*, it doesn't *thump*. Which is a great help to someone like myself who knows very little about smart phones, and even less about retraining my muscles. Lol?

Everything is nice about the phone, BUT i would rather go with the galaxy s25. Better camera and my biggest complaint is the screen, it looks washed out compared to the galaxy and there really isnt a way to adjust it. Other than that the phone is good especially getting the latest updates first.
