Terrible sound quality.

I compared different songs and the all sound like a tin-can. I broke out a $10 earbuds and compared the sound and definitely was better sound quality. I returned Pixel Buds immediately.

Worst earbuds Ive ever purchased

Since that time ive had to returm it twice separate times (each othertime taking several weeks) for the same issue. Now it has happened a third time and its honestly too frustrating too return again. It initially works fine then inexplicably starts getting quiet in one ear. The sound imbalance is disorienting and extremely annoying. Spend your money on something else.

Check out some helpful troubleshooting steps below:
a. Confirm that disconnects are not caused by spotty or intermittent internet connection. Ensure that your mobile phone isn't transitioning from Wi-Fi to cellular data as this can cause Bluetooth audio glitches.
b. Try moving out of the room that has devices that can cause interference such as running microwave ovens, wireless speakers, baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, and other wireless devices that run on the 2.4 GHz band.
c. Keep the earbuds close to the source device
d. Lastly, we recommend performing a factory data reset on your A-Series: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642886

Don't damage the case.

They do no sell just a replacement case.
