The battery stays secure and holds a charge. Not too heavy.

Bought another karma battery to add extra fly time for whenever I film on the drone! However, I just wish the battery life was longer as it takes about an hour for a full recharge.

The battery works great. I wish the drone did! Definitely buy an extra battery for extra flight time. I would never go with a third party battery in a drone. For a thousand dollar piece of equipment flying in the sky I wouldn't trust anything but the original. Then again I don't know of any 3rd party battery for the drone, but I'm sure there will be one day.

Got this as a back up battery for my drone, hardly use it, but when I do it is nice to have that much extra flying time. If you have one of these, you may not know, but you can use it with the charger as a back up battery / charging device. If you're in need of a charge on your phone or the camera itself. It works really well!

karma drone flight very limited even at full charge, about 3 mins left karma must be landed, which really provides about 15 mins total flight time for the karma drone.

First thing, the battery life could be better. It's advertised as having a 20 minute life expectancy. It's either always 17 minutes or 18 minutes, after charging fully. For the price, it could be better. I would be happily satisfied with 25 - 30 minute flight times instead of 17 minute flight times. Even at 17 minutes the Karma returns to home at around 4 minutes. I could deduct those 4 minutes off of the 17 minutes and review a whole new flight life for the battery. It's a nice looking battery, a big battery. Looks like it could be better. I only have two batteries total for the Karma, but it isn't enough. One battery to program the proper settings and a little flight time, then the second battery to finish the job. I'll probably buy a couple more batteries, especially for wedding season for next year. I would ask GoPro to lower the price on the batteries or make better batteries.

An extra battery is a must have for the Karma. For the price though it would be nice if they would allowed the battery to last more than 15 minutes.

I needed a second battery for Karma Gopro drone. If it would last longer then 20 minutes that would be great

These additional GoPro Karma (Aircraft/Drone) Batteries are pretty much a necessity to take (and make) full & appropriate productive use of the investment in a GoPro Karma Aircraft ! We purchased two of the additional batteries, and that seems a pretty good start at meeting our basic Karma power needs.....

It was a necessity to have the extra battery for the Karma but no longer needed when we returned the Karma.

The battery for GoPro Karma does what it's meant to do - power your drone. It can also charge your Karma Grip and Karma Remote using the supplied cables - a nice additional feature. $100 bucks is a bit pricey for a battery, but comparable to other drone batteries on the market.

This battery is mandatory to operate the GoPro Karma Drone. It has enough lifespan that you really need (4) of these to keep the drone in the air for about 1.5 hours of filming time before you are waiting on a battery to charge. I have (4) of these batteries for my setup.

When I bought the drone, I also purchased extra battery knowing they dont last long. I put it inside the drone and it would not fit all the way in. Returned it back to BestBuy they had to order one because they was out of stock. When I got the next battery it worked fine.

The one downer of the Karma Drone is the max 20 minute flight time before a needed recharge. The second battery obviously doubles the time to ensure that you complete every aspect of any particular operation you are undertaking. Consider a battery to make the fun last.

The Karma comes with a battery but a second battery is worth it so when the first battery runs out you have a spare and can charge the one that dies while using the other battery and not having to wait!!! Worth the buy, hopefully the price comes down to get a third!

I purchased this item to increase my flight time with my GoPro Karma drone. I love flying it, but only get about 18 minutes out of a full charge! With this new battery, the flight time is doubled and only takes a quick change out.

The Karma drone is a great product, the battery only last about 25-30 mins. This is why I bought an extra battery.

If you plan on doing a lot of recording and adventuring then having a back up battery is a great solution to keep you going. Once the battery in the Karma is done use the backup that's charged to keep going then charge the other one and keep swapping.

Great battery. 18 min flight time is pretty average. But 100 isn't too bad
