Horrendous. Slow to respond, never held a full cha

To use it, I had to preemptively plan ahead and charge it for 5+ hours before an excursion, only to have it go from 100% to 10% in less than 15 minutes. From there, I'd see spiking to 20% or 40% but then it would die in a few minutes. It never stayed alive long enough for me to share or even view my pictures anywhere GoPro support is the absolute worst. Their phone line simply states "we're not home! Check our website for hours," and their email line ([email protected]) either rejects everything I send, or it doesn't exist. Their chat line is reserved for people who will pay a premium. I have 2 months left to claim a repair under warranty, have tried contacting them at least twice a month since I've bought this, and am fearing I will see the end of my warranty before I receive assistance.
