The battery died after 5 months, and GoPro sent me a replacement because I had a subscription. 3 months later, the battery from the new one died again. GoPro wants me to pay for a new replacement. Awful product, better get a DJI.

no screen makes it hard to use. Not recommended for any use

After only a couple of months, this thing is a brick. Apparently this is a known issue I wish I had researched before purchasing this thing. I used it twice before it became a paperweight, right after the return period was over. Now to deal with GoPro Support...

Bought May 5th and stopped charging on June 4th. Return opportunity expired May22.........We were right in the middle of an epic motorcycle tour through Colorado and missed out on a lot of footage because of this camera. Will never buy a GoPro again.

Just was easy to use as the other gopros just better quality over my old GP5s

worked well at first, good quality imagaing, but stopped chargimg after only 5 months

Great form factor and useable app! I put this on an fpv drone and it’s perfect.

Broke within three weeks of light use. Overheats easily and no longer reads sd cards despite firmware updates and troubleshooting. Built in thermal limit protection obviously does not work. Terrible brand and product design

Unfortunately this camera model does not take still pictures. They should upgrade the software. Not removable battery either

I have not had the opportunity to use it but as always go pro is a guarantee of good quality

Really disappointed I spend 300$ and I’ve had already since just buying it over 4 months ago having had 15 different occasions of BAD ISSUES connecting the device to my phone, problems with the sd card staying connected or flat out having to remove and identify again the device… I bought this new and the sd card new so why do I have to spend 15 minutes getting the dang thing to turn on about once every 2-3 weeks.. and if you don’t pay attention to if it’s actually recording you may actually miss the entire recording… I saw a accident once between two cars so it served its purpose but I still don’t recommend it because of its faulty “if it will want to work” behavior… I have a iPhone 13 and connecting with it is hit or miss it works about 70% of the time and that’s not acceptable I wish I could of returned it but it didn’t give me problems until about a month after I bought it… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE very upset over all since most my Best Buy purchases have been solid

I didn’t get the GoPro And no one contacted me from the store I reached out to the store and they said its out of stock and we can't do anything to you although i am a loyal costumer

Horrible piece of equipment. On my third and every single one freezes, crashes, and will ruin your sd cards
