It overheats if left connected to power or not connected on a hot day. I would avoid it unless you are only going to use it for short periods and are going to keep it cool.

Had mine for a day. Used it once, then went to charge it overnight. Didn't charge. Well, it wanted to. The battery icon shows that it is charging, but it will not charge past 1%. I tried multiple different outlets, adapters, battery packs/powerbanks, hard resetting, factory resetting, everything I could think of. Still will not charge. After doing some online research, Apparently it is a common problem. A VERY common problem with no fix other than contacting support and hoping they send you a replacement unit. Which will still fail pretty darn quickly according to people who have had to exchange their units. I highly recommend not purchasing this product and going with a different brand.

Only because zero stars are not an option. This was defective out of the box and GoPro Customer Support is horrific. Now 5 chat sessions to troubleshoot including requiring that a buy a second SD card and then take pictures. It's a terrible customer service product and if it wasn't beyond the 30 days, I would just return to Best Buy and request a full refund. If the product works, may be Ok but do not recommend in case you have a problem. This is truly some of the worst Customer Service (GoPro, not Best Buy) I have ever encountered.

Battery overheated a couple of times. after a month of use, it stopped charging and will not turn on. Since I didnt ue=se it for a couple of months, Go Pro denied any warranty. Threw it in the garbage.

I gave this a 2 star while this product was working it was amazing, however it stopped charging within 2 weeks. We had to return it. After returning this we were not able to get another one. They were backed ordered. This was a gift for my sons 13th birthday.

My GoPro stopped working and BestBuy was awesome getting me a new one within a week thanks to the BestBuy insurance.

It delivers everything i needed and expected at a good price

Went snorkeling a few times with it, and it stopped working. So I called support who told me the regular warranty does not cover water damage but thankfully i have a subscription, however you have to pay 99$ for the trade in fee. Not only was i disappointed in the waterproof features of the GoPro, the regular warranty failed to cover me for the faulty product, then the subscription that boasts "No-questions-asked camera replacement" failed to cover me. Nevertheless, there is a small print that say's fees apply so beware, its 99$, and be careful to use it in the water. I'm not sure how to prevent the water damage.

The product was in excellent condition and easy to use.

No stills, no removable battery, almost no accessories, requires use of phone to manage it. So, loss of features, loss of expansion, loss of control, and loss of accessories, for the same price as the full 11. Not compelling at all except for very limited use cases. Mine was a gift, I’ll be exchanging for the 11 black regular product.

It constantly shuts off while recording wish I would of bought a little older model. I can record with this mini pro 11 and it might record 5 minutes or 30 minutes. It just shuts off randomly when it wants to.

It already stopped working, won’t charge or turn on.

The videos are not good quality despite of changing the settings and not user friendly.

Did not work and no replacement was offered. I got a refund.
