I got the Open Box Excellent condition (they advertised it to be in its original packaging with all original accessories) but mine was in some small white box and is missing a lot of the accessories. I was on a time crunch as I was flying out of the country same day and would not be back till August — so only realized the package was in fact missing some stuff after I got back home. Went back to store and asked for help, but even the staff was confused and they couldn’t really do anything as no other open-box items was available. In the end I just sucked it up — don’t really mind the missing accessories, but wish they didn’t advertise it as having all original accessories in original packaging if it wasn’t.

Wasn’t worth the money bought it for a trip going to Mexico was trying to use it but every time I would turn it on it would start overheating. I don’t even get me started if you put it in the case while swimming in the water would make it even worse overheating After the first day, I just put it back in my luggage so I can return it wasn’t worth it. I really don’t know how these Youtubers keep this on them all day and it actually works. Kept overheating batteries only about an hour I forgot but it wasn’t too long And all around it was a hassle had to pay 3.99 for the app and didn’t get one good video

Piece of junk. Took brief video at home, took on a trip to use, when charging it, it got hot and the unit is dead now and won't work. I have read repeatedly this is a known issue, many have had same issue, so why do they keep selling it?Too late to return it.

Absolute garbage and the employee sold it to us to just sell the product. After readint the safe guidelines it is clear the GoPro MAX is an unusable object. From every angle it says to DO NOT HANDLE DO NOT TOUCH DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. DO NOT THROW AWAY OR RECYCLE. DONT CHARGE FOR THE FULL ALLOTMENTS. dont plug into a wall. THE KICKER WAS DO NOT USE ON A HELMET???? Then what is the point of this at all. When it also says not to use in temps below 9°F which makes this impossible to use anywhere but Florida during the winter, and during the summer well you might completely out of luck, Becuase the GOPRO IS PRONE to overheating and starts over heating at 68°F and also is prone to heating damage while being plugged into the computer. The other big issue is the lack of support from GoPro or any sources. The GoProMAX is not worth its weight as a paperweight (its lense may get scratched and they arent responsible for it.) Its all just the worst. The GoPro HERO9 is notably better but still holds the same major flaws of extreme temperature issues and unhandlability.

This could be amazing. But the App for both iOS and Android crash almost all the time. Rather than spend your money on this, where the developers skipped quality control on the App you HAVE to use for this product, spend your money on a Insta360, which has a better form factor and more importantly, better software support.

Get an Insta360. i had this for 4 days and returned it. gopro is aggravating with their proprietary nounting system plus the rubber tab on the wuick release is always in the shot. nope. not what i paid for. also gopro is extremely unfriendly when it comes to motorcycle mounting options and pole extensions. get an insta360 X2.. its cheaper and you cant see the mount.

Never fails to freeze and lose all the recording. Do not buy.

Worked fine the first two weeks you pressed record it records for 8 minutes and then another 8 minutes and so on but now when you press record with a clean memory card by the way it only records for maybe 2 minutes sometimes 50 seconds what's going on

The camera has really bad scratches, I can’t use it

The same day i bought it i found it somewhere else for $300 less.

Worst Camera Ever, I bought it for snorkeling videos, but the camera didn't work after one time in the water. Not worth a penny. Don't buy it

Not worth the money since you can purchase a better camera, i.e, the Insta 360 One R, that produces a more refined image and has superior options and customization.

Never arrived package was lost by FEDEX STILL appears as pending

Go Pro will not turn on. Won’t even register that charging is happening.

Not for me. The technology its very old and preffer the insta 360.
