Not in excellent condition, no battery, clear visible signs of repair on one lens. BUT... it works and battery thur Amazon are cheap and reliable. And im happy with that. Its a funtional good working 360MAX.

My GoPro Max came with a stain in the screen, weird but true. Maybe is just an error of GoPro.

The 360 feature is outstanding. I only gave it 3 stars because the quality on normal recording you could get on a quality phone. I took it back and got myself an insta 360. All same features and more and lower price. 2-3 years ago this was great but time for Gopro to get back ahead of the game and knock $100-$150 off this.

360 videos are not that great or useful , quality is compromised

The camera captures great video in 360, but the battery doesn’t last long at default settings. You’ll likely get around 20-30 minutes of recording time. GoPro lacks editing software for use on PC. For this price point that should be included.

Takes awesome video I love the 360 format. That said, the downsides are the software tools to edit the video will cost you monthly for the rest of your life or the life of camera. As if the camera doesn't cost enough to begin with. It should be included. The way it records video breaking in up into 8 minute clips. They call it a safety feature. If it is a safety feature you should have a chose weather you want to play it safe or not to record a continuous video. lastly they label the clips with some random numbers that don't even follow each clip.

Easy to use lots of applications. Hard to know if on while moving especially on motorcycle and mounted

Really cant see the visual as i would like to view as recording easy to use and takes and makes great videos

Burn them out in 350 -500 hrs..>run them 45 min to an hr. or so twice a day inmostly hot sun

This camera gives a beautiful pic. However without a 64g sandisk memory card anything bigger ir smaller camera does not hold charge has lil issues one kearns about

The footage looks good but the process of editing is too cumbersome for the average editor. We need to make this process a bit more seamless.

I bought the GoPro to videotape my daughter’s volleyball games and did not realize that the battery life is only two hours. The matches last up to six hours.

Everything is good just can’t find a extended stick for a sucker to get the whole car angle and the battery dies extremely fast.

Horrible battery life. You cannot film what you want in that short of a time.

Really like the camera. But video editing is not as simple with the 360 feature. Feel the software could be better. Also camera started with an issue today and I am glad I got the extended warranty. Going to try another one. One advise. Buy the battery pack.

Impressive to get 360 while doing your sport, but the data is so large it’s tricky to deal with it. If you use all the features, be sure to have a robust computer to edit.

Bought this for a friend he has been having trouble using it and keeping it charged.

Great camera and features with quality photos/videos. I had a hard time syncing it to my mobile using their app and ended up returning the item after many days of trying different things.

Solid camera but app and software don’t work well with Apple products

Camera works good and stitches 360 panos nicely. Only complaint is both the first one I picked up and the second one I now have both came with dead pixels on the screen. I figured if I swapped out the second one, I'd just get another one with dead pixels anyways.
