Don't waste your money, bike turns on password and locks you out turning it into an expensive paper weight. Customer service is poor sending you third party crappy videos from youtube and being of no help in trying to remedy the issue.

I purchased this item for My Son’s to go back-and-forth to School in which I purchased two however, both of them I had to return more than two times for the tire for the charging module and it’s just been a very horrible experience

Best Buy should be ashamed to sell GoTrax. The bike had a locked screen and a throttle issue. GoTrax support was contacted and a claim was initiated. A first contact by email was good trying to resolve the issue. But I still have the issue and GoTrax will not respond to emails. Bike wasnt even used for 2 month. Thanks Bad Buy.

The power is not on. Try to contact manufacturer’s customer service but they do not help much. Take 2 weeks for waiting their solution but very disappointed. They have not given out anything.

This product, which was $599 when I bought it, was now on sale from $498 and fell one day after buying it. They didn't make a price match either. I can't return it because I installed it.

I see that a few other Z4lite owners were confounded by not finding a front axle nut when assembling their new bike. After writing to customer support I thought to check the 5 inch plastic plate which must have been installed for disc brake protection during shipping. I had unscrewed it from the front axle and nearly discarded it. It was not a procedure described in the assembly instructions but upon checking I found the cap nut stuck in the plastic plate. I removed it and completed assembly. I hope this helps others. Assembly took about an hour with only the tools included with the bike. As far as the bike itself goes it appears very well made. The battery charged quickly and everything appears to work well in the shop. I have yet to ride it because we have a foot of show in the road here. Therefore I can only give it 4 stars now but expect that will change to 5 when the snow melts and I go for a ride.

My first GoTrax worked for about 15 minutes. The first business day I called Go Trax company this was going to be complicated. Called Best Buy and they replaced bike with in a day or two. Thank you
