Great typical gta game. Very good story line, interesting dialogue with characters, cars are good to drive, hek if bored go on a roller coaster at the pier. The different characters and missions for each interplay with each other. If into long games, a lot of extra things you can do, I myself like the main missions only and a little messing around. I do to try to do so many side things like races to get $$$ and other unlocks. Not enough time. If a gta fan, here's another one, if a fan of story line games with many missions, here it is, not short like first player shooter games that's emphasis is online.

Hi where to start, there is so much depth & detail into everything in the game both offline (story mode) & online. Rockstar games pulled out all the stops making this game & it shows. It has a great story mode to go though. The interaction between the 3 characters Franklin, Michael & Trevor and the ability to switch between them seemlessly is a great feature. The cars & othe vehicles handling characteristics are spot on. The guide book is 429 pages, about an inch thick & I found to be advantagious to have if for nothing more than just the Hobbies & Pasttimes. I would give it a 6 out of 5 star rating.

I think they created a matter piece with this game . The graphics are really good the scenery is perfect. The story is amazing and I like almost everything about it.

After seeing and playing a bit of GTA5 on a friend's system, I went right out and bought a PS3 just for this game. The dialogue is incredible and the attention to detail in the graphics are unbelievable. If you've enjoyed the past entries in this franchise, I can't recommend this enough. There's so much to do in the game world that I'll occasionally just spend some time sightseeing, golfing, or surfing the in-game internet. It's an all-around great experience (but not recommended for kids...or with kids in the house...or anything having to do with kids - this is a game for well-adjusted adults.

The open world is vast and beautiful. Every brick was placed with precision and care. The audio soundtrack was great. You know they went all out to get a lot of these songs into the game and it just fits so perfectly. I feel you can do anything you want at almost any time. Tennis? Check. Yoga, jogging, bike riding? Check. Flying? Check. Mindless reckless driving and violence, strip clubs and more? Check. That's all I've seen so far though I know there's so much more. The clothing, hairstyle, tattoo, and car modification options are aplenty as well. I can't wait til online play becomes available.

Great game, rockstar did it again. Finally a rival to gta3!!! Can be a little hard to figure out what to do next at times but you can always just go blow stuff up!

I really love the gameplay and story mode on this game and would strongly suggest it to anyone who was a fan of GTA3 and wants the same style with better graphics.

For me GTA was never about the story but rather the open world gameplay and doing whatever you want. But withGTA V, I can't wait to see what happens next. And they make it easier to make money and get bada** guns so there's no reason to even use cheats. The game still gets hard though. But for me on old GTA's It took awhile in the game to start making money and getting guns. So I'd tend to useing cheats. Then it ruins the game and the funniness. Now they have great story, money making options from the get go. For me I was sucked in after just 2 missions. Online isn't up yet but looks amazing.

This may be the best GTA of all time. Fantastic open world with tons of things to do and the storyline and characters are the strongest from the franchise so far.

This game kills. If you are a Grand Theft Auto fan, this is a must buy!the graphics are better. Story is solid as usual. And the gameplay is improved. Buy it now.

Over all I love this game much better than any gta before storyline is amazing the things You can do are limitless. The maps are great and of southern Cali I will recommend this game to all my friends. Also the cars in the game are great all sound different and can relate them to the real life cars without even the names. The guns are great shooting is much easier than before and. More options to customize guns and cars, Clothing and hair. Having a dog is amazing unlock any other gta having a pet teaches you stuff the cars do not disappear if you park some where when you come back its there.

The game was what I expected great graphics great story line great characters is a 10 out of 10 game in my opinion I'm playing it rite now as I write this hahaha

Good game fun to let some steam off, takes a really long time to load on PS3 and i get bored before I even start playing it

The gameplay is simple. Everything just works together. The story is amazing, although wish there were more Heists in the story mode, because they were awesome.

This by far is the best GTA. The map is huge and the story of three people is more fun. There is a lot to do and will take a lot of time to complete everything.

Best GTA since San Andreas! Hours of gameplay. Vehicles are a little waver back and forth while driving. And aim and shot could be enhanced but overall 8.5/10

Awesome game, The more you play it the better it gets. it has a lot of nicer and newer cars. and i love how you can play multiple character in the story mode.

This game is awesome. I have a blast playing it and it is by far one of the best GTA to date. The map is huge and playing 3 different characters is kinda fun!

I will start this review by assuming you're familiar with GTA. Who isn't? If you've ever liked GTA before, you'll love this one. It has the fun of Vice City, the huge scope of San Andreas and the new engine improvements of GTA IV. This time you play as three different characters, all of them fun in their own way. It's like the Greatest Hits of all past GTAs and, in that way in particular, it's the perfect send-off for the old console generation. My only complaint is about the disturbing nature of some of the missions. GTA has always been a "crime simulator." If breaking the virtual law and hurting virtual people bothers you, you should play a different game. But this time, in my opinion, they went over the line. I'm about 10 hours in or so and I've just played a mission where my character was required to torture a man. This man was not introduced as a bad person or a threat, just someone with information. Yes, GTA has always been full of crime and violence, but torturing is too far for me. If the developer believes it must be included, it should be made optional. So if there was ever any doubt, this game is NOT appropriate for kids and NOT family friendly. Otherwise, enjoy!
