This case is great for protecting your iphone from scratches and minor dents, while looking really cute. However if you want your phone to be protected from cracks on the screen if dropped, or cracks on the back if dropped hard enough I would buy something like an otterbox. While this case does protect the phone from scratches and minor dents, its not the best case for protection as it is only a bumper like case.

Wow, this was a complete waste of money. So glad the Best Buy rep chose this case for me. Within 2 weeks, the rubber part of the case started separating from the plastic back. And it kept getting worse day to day. Even before that started, I noticed that the back of the case (which is clear) invites lots of dust and dirt into it. There's no point in having a clear back if it makes your phone look horrible. I like Griffin products, usually, so I was very disappointed in this purchase. Gonna try to send it back to the manufacturer.

I like it because it fits in my pocket without feeling too big. It is durable and still provides protection. I like that you can still see the color of the phone when it is on. Compared to all the other phone cases, the price is decent. It is very simple.

This is my 3rd iPhone 5 case I went through and I love it! I like my cases to be slim and to allow me to have a creative phone backing. I went through two bumpers in a few months, and came across this case on sale. It is very durable, the buttons are easily accessible, and it feels great in hand.

THE GOOD: This case is very protective of my new iPhone 5 (black). I really like the black rubberized edges. Have dropped the phone a couple times and it remained fully protected from damage. I also like the no-slip feel to it. With the bare iPhone, I always feel like it's going to slip out of my hand and fall. It's also easy to put this protective cover on, and it's not too difficult to remove when necessary. THE BAD AND UGLY: I thought the clear plastic backing would be great to show off the beauty of my new iPhone 5. However, instead, the shiny, clear plastic -- sort of the consistency of a thick clear shower curtain -- always appears *really* dirty, even seconds after cleaning it: smudges, dog hairs up inside it, dust, dirt all captured on and inside it and showcased for all to see. It seems to be almost magnetic to any kind of dust, and always appears grimy. Not a good look.

This case is fairly inexpensive when compared to the lineup of iPhone 5s cases and performs exactly as expected. It protects the edges and back of the phone from minor drops and mishaps and feels comfortable to hold. I got this for my wife so people could see that she had one of the coveted gold iPhone's. Reading that last bit probably makes you want to punch one of us but showing off your phone is a large part of what a case is supposed to do.

The case has a nice tight fit, it doesn't feel loose. The rubber edge gives a nice trip feel. Openings for cables are big enough. The clear back is nice but can get a little dirt between the case and phone.

loved the color, and over all protection of the case, I liked how it allowed protection to the corners, but still allowed viability of the phone.

With a clear back, and narrow black edging, there was no bulkiness, but an adequate sense of protection. Entire face of phone is exposed, so no interference with fingerprint scanner. Button covers line up and function smoothly.

I like this case because it is very thin and doesn't add much bulk to the phone. It also is not too slippery, which is very important to me. I wish it provided more protection, but you can't have everything.

It is durable, protects my phone when it falls, doesn't slip and is a good fit for the phone. Reasonably priced too.

My son wanted this for his iPhone 5s. He wanted a minimal yet protective case. This case is just that. A couple months of using this case he is still satisfied with it.

I like that it shows through like it doesn't have a case at all, but still protects the phone. Good price, I'm happy.

i got this case for my Husband to use when he is not at work. The case is nice and thin. During work days he uses an otterbox case which is more bulky.

Fun color, some protection, can put photo onto back of phone since it's clear.

Very pleased with the weight and attractiveness of the case. It allows for the attractivness of the phone to stand out yet adds additional style to it.

I love this case. I love it because it doesn't add bulk to the phone but yet it protects it from falls.

I liked the minimalist appearance with the clear back and black rubber bumper. It did protect my phone reasonably well. However, in less than a year, the back separated from the bumper in several places. I tried to repair it with crazy glue but it did not work well.

This provides my phone with good protection, but the back is clear and it gets scratched and spotted with weird stains and oils. Leaves a very poor look. Other than that it looks real nice, light, and serves its function.
