I recently bought a new iPod Touch for use while exercising. I wanted to get a case something like an Otter box but not as expensive. The Survivor case is great. It's really durable and looks nice. The plastic cover for the screen makes it a little hard to touch icons sometimes but I would rather than a broken iPod.

I have a nine-year old friend who just acquired an iPod. Knowing that children and iPods don't always mix in the safety area, I wanted a cover that would provide the necessary measure of safety. The Griffin Survivor Case is just right, providing protection against falls, scrapes, and water, and an attractive look as well.

This item is the Survivor series for Apple products and is well worth what you pay. Especially when it is for kid's products for which you need very high protection as you would for intensive work occupations. Only ever had one break which was a direct hit on the corner. That was an iPad, though, and it survived.

This case does exactly what I expected. Looks great w it's mossy oak camo design and give a sturdy feel to let me know if I drop it it will survive. The cover for the charge port is kinda flimsy so with time it may break off. Besides that awesome case

This cover is great for drop and scratch protection. It will definitely protect such a delicate device. The installation is a bit tricky as this cover is a three piece assembly unit but once install, the device feels secure and protected from environment. Worth the money and will elongate the life of the Ipod.

Works great. I wear it to work everyday and have dropped it many times, and my ipod still in great condition. I like that it has covers over all the wholes in the ipod like where u charge it or plug in the headphones. Not to mention it has its own clear plastic cover over the screen

My wife has one and I bought one for myself, however I needed one for the Touch G4. So I returned this and Best Buy for an echange however they did not have any available in stock or on line. Suggested I try XXX where I was able to find one. Very solid device for protection of an I-Pod.

I bought this at the time I bought an iPod for my son. I cleaned up the iPod and installed it in this case before giving it to my 16 year old son. I disliked the screen protection. It seemed difficult to get the screen to read my touches and swipes. Also about 50 days after purchasing both, my son brought the case to me claiming that the iPod would not turn on. I tried a different charger. It still didn't work. then I removed the ipod from the case to discover that the screen was separated from back on one end of the iPod. This bend might have occurred when I struggled to remove the iPod from the case because the case was gripping the edges. However the iPod had no scratches, dents, etc. I also know that some users claim that iPods are warping on their own. So, I am not sure if it was the case or the iPod.

Fits good and provides the everyday protection that is needed to keep ipod touch safe. The design is cool but bulky and the covers are a pain to deal with when having to plug in cables..

I had trouble getting the clip to open as you get afraid you are going to break it. I'd prefer a simple clip. After all, the case is do sturdy and protective that you wonder why the clip has to be industrial. But, I'd buy this again. It was the best one I saw in the store.

I bought this for my teenage step daughter to protect her new ipod and it definitely does its job! She's not very careful with things and this helps protect the screen from scratches as accidental drops. No complaints.

My son has the green version and it does a great job at protecting his iPod. My 13 yr old son picked this case out himself and I looked it over and thought it would be a great buy. He loves it and has no complaints about anything. He's had it for over 4 months so far.

If you are looking for a case to make your iPod or other mobile device indestructible, you've found the right one. This case makes your device feel like a brick metaphorically while not feeling like a brick physically (being bulky). The best of both worlds. Awesome case

I got this case for my son who also shares his iPod with his 2 year old brother. The case has kept the iPod alive despite drops and throws. Pros: durable, strong, with rubberized corners Cons: bulky, the lightening porthole is a bit tight depending on the cable you use

My 12-year-old son purchased this case for his iPod Touch to ensure that if it was dropped, the iPod would be protected. Needless to say, he has dropped the iPod numerous times and it has been fully protected each time. This is a super strong protection case!

Wonderful case for a new IPod, when you used protect a lot the device; some one said that this case don't permit touch screen work perfect... I proved that thing it's NOT thue; with this case my New Ipod work perfect and very nice picture.. It's GREAT

I like the case very rugged and protects my ipod touch, I can easily remove cover for cleaning of protective screen. The seal doors on the camera and ear phone jack protect the device from getting wet. Very happy with the case overall.

Bought this for kids iTouch. I've witness several drops; alway bounced nicely without damage. Removable screen protection does reduce touch screen sensitivity and is somewhat difficult to remove/replace. Plan on leaving it on. Not waterproof.

Good product and great protection for your iPod Touch. However, The protection screen is a little too thick and you have to press or touch the screen harder to use the device. This hampers the ease of use of the iPod as it was designed.

This case is very sturdy and I really like the camo color. I don't stress if it falls off the table or out of my full hands. I don't worry about it getting splashed with water or rain either (I would not submerge it and I do not recommend anyone try that either!). The only downside is the screen cover decreases the sensitivity of the screen, but the added protection is worth the inconvenience at times. The outside rubber may make the phone a little too thick for some people's pockets, but it fits in mine.
