    Terrible time getting everything installed.

    Our construction crew used the nickname Worst Buy because it took 7 visits to finally get one of our appliances installed to a point where our contractor could take over and do the rest of what was originally promised. On the 7th visit, a supervisor came along who would not talk to me and seemed to be there only to make sure as little as possible be done in the installation. The 7th crew did install our Thermador refrigerator but left without telling me while I was on the phone with our Best Buy customer service agent, who was trying to help. Ironically, the first installer had said he could not install the refrigerator without the handles, which had not come. He was wrong. The last installer did install it but his supervisor told him he was not allowed to install the cabinet fronts or the handles because of “liability “. Later we were told it was because one of the handles did not its screws. Luckily the stove and dishwasher were installed by our contractors. This has been a very unpleasant experience. Our sales and customer service agent were great but appliances like the ones we spent a lot on money on require competent installation. That took too much time and effort to get and was never completed.

    The delivery guys didn't want to bring the item into the house and wanted to leave it on the front porch

    Bad appliance experience

    Delivery of items was scheduled for 12/20 Only 1/2 of the items we're on truck, the delivery people were suppose to get back to me on rest, never did, i spent over 4 hours on phone trying to straighten out the delivery issue, customer service people would actually put me on hold and hang up on me, before i started i would ask them to write down my phone number and to call me if we got disconnected, not one of them did even though they all said yes. My time was limited on the delivery i had to go out of state, i rescheduled and again they failed the delivery people said goods not at Ware house or store near by. Frustrated we called an out of state store and they told us our order was sitting at a nearby store, we drive down and checked sure enough, we picked it up out self's.

    The microwave itself is fantastic as it should be it was very expensive. The back order process was lenghty. The real, real problem came with the installers. There were two of them and both were extremely disrespectful. They were a bad reflection on Best Buy.
