Eric was excellent, professional, on time, friendly and thorough. An employee any organization would be lucky to have on their team. The Geek Squad administration, management and scheduling were very poor. It took me 3 months; many, many phone calls; and much frustration to get the service scheduled. It appears that Management has done a very poor job of retaining/maintaining the qualified skills necessary to provide the services sold. Call Center advisors are unable to schedule anything outside of a 2 week window. If a technician is not available in that 2 week window, nothing happens, even when the advisor contacts management. No proactive follow-up by anyone in Administration nor Management. The customer has to call in again (and again and again). Your technicians are great; your administration, management and processes not so much. I am only checking YES to the "recommend to a friend" because of the quality of service provided by your technicians, but would warn them regarding your management and administration.

I had bought an LG OLED that had burn-in within 14 months. I contact Geek Squad about it and worked with the Replacement team to replace it with a Samsung QLED. Since calibration was part of the original purchase, I was promised calibration of the Samsung for free. The replacement team forgot to create a $0 ticket for the calibration. So I ended up getting dozens of phone calls, texts to arrange the appt for the calibration but when I attempted to do so, they always failed. Had to call replacement team again to get the appropriate ticket created. That was done twice before they contacted the GS installer to create the appt. All extremely frustrating. But once the GS agent arrived to do the calibration, I received spectacular service! He did a fantastic job!

Terence and Chris from your Park City, UT store were amazing. It was fun to watch Terence work, sitting on the floor while recalibrating our television to get our picture perfect. Then he and Chris worked to improve our sound by moving one speaker and recalibrating the entire system. Now with our windows closed, we may turn up the volume to pretend we are in a theater - until our local theaters re-open.

If you own a high end TV such as a OLED, you definitely need to have a professional calibration done. The colors are so much truer to real life than you can adjust yourself without having the proper equipment. This is the second OLED TV I had calibrated. Do it you will not regret it.

I purchased a Sony Oled tv last fall.I thought the colors were accurate right out of the box. When I had the Geek squad come to my house to calibrate the tv I couldn’t believe how much better the colors were. I just want to say that I am glad I paid to have that service and I want to thank the Geek for a great job!

The calibration did an excellent job enhancing both the sharpness and color quality. Surpassed my expectations. The best way to appreciate this was to watch golf and look at the grass. Tremendous detail.

This is a must have service for a 4k Dolby vision/HDR Tv owner. The difference in picture quality is astonishing.
