Even though the process of bringing in a defective microwave (which is over my stove ) for repair was ridiculous the staff person at the geek bar was excellent

The Geek Squad did a great job of removing product and were very courteous and cleaned up afterwards.

We had a home theatre surround sound system installed - the sales rep said we needed a specific cord, the install guy said we didn’t and installed it the way he recommended and then our sound cut out intermittently. This time they came out and said that was wrong and fixed the issue. Quick service too

All of the items were removed and packed nicely for the move. There was minimal damage to the walls.
