So when I got the product in the first place, the subwoofer was already broken but I got told that they’d have to come out and install the whole thing and I have to wait until someone could maybe fix it so I held off on it. I ended up walking into a different Best Buy and they told me subwoofers aren’t fixable that usually they just replace it so I called and was having it done when the guy went out there to uninstall it. I asked him if he had the product And he said I’m not well. He asked me what was wrong with it and I told him it was a subwoofer and he called his boss and the boss said no we gotta take it out whatever poke would want to try to fix it so I called and try to get updates on the process of being fixed and no one could even figure out what was going on. I finally got back into town and went to my local Best Buy and Come to find out. It was just thrown in a box with my last name on it saying subwoofer broken and sat there for two weeks. Then I scheduled the appointment to get the new one that they replaced it with installed and that was for 15 February and then they called me the day before saying oh well we don’t have enough people that we’re gonna have to reschedule the install so off of everything that’s been going on. I’m pretty dissatisfied with everything that’s been going on with that Best Buy and most likely the last thing that I buy from there .

Technicians were great the process of getting my soundbar reinstalled was a nightmare!!! First appt didn’t show up after confirming time, call customer service and that sent me around the world with little success. Your customer service is not even bad, it’s horrible. Finally got someone in Texas that help and set final appointment to which the technician show up without the soundbar and had to go the store pick it up to complete installation. This cost me two days of aggravation, I’ve spent thousands of $$$ with your company which I will reconsider with my future purchases after this experience. This email deserves immediate attention, and I do expect a response. Otherwise my decision will be made easy to never return or recommend Best Buy to anyone.

Two guys show up on time, I ask them to take off their shoes, one does, ones goes back to the truck never to be seen again! One who stays can't help with the issue, just takes the soundbar off and leaves. I have to take it to the store for further service. I am done with Best Buy.

They stole my old TV, a friend works on them!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the new one was NO programmed, so back to square one after 3 weeks!
