It arrived in a small flat box with the part of the chair (wooden slats for rocking, 3 thin metal rods, and a faux leather cover) for me to fit together. After much cconsideration, I decided that I would need to retirn it in fear that it would not hold up or that my grandson would out grow it quickly. The return policy link on the product page is misleading. Seller hassles you to keep item. Offers $5 refund. When declined, seller states that they will cover the majority of the shipping and I would ONLY need to bear $15 if the cost.

Anything that folds up that small cannot be considered a chair. Also, you cannot return it to the store and the 3rd party seller will try to haggle you to keep the item if you are seeking a return.

Best Buy has third party sellers don’t buy from them because Best Buy doesn’t allow you to return the items that you bought even though they are unopened.
