I've been buying this software for a number of years already and It made filing my taxes quite easy. One of the advantages I like is if you use it the year before then you can transfer previous information from the previous year to the new one. I definitely recommend it!

This software is very user friendly and takes just minutes to set up and update. The program walks you though your taxes and makes it simple to navigate the process. The software is set up to make sure your taxes are double checked at the end to avoid any errors.

I have purchased this software for the past several years and have never had army issues with it until this year. The package I purchased was the Deluxe Federal and State, but for some reason, the state software was missing. After many attempts to reinstall, update, e.t.c., I finally called (and was able to reach) a customer service agent to find our what I could do. Since this was a digital download, I could not return it to Best Buy. At any rate, the agent had to send me a state software download which worked. It was just time consuming and I should not have had to go through all that since I had already purchased the software in the first place.

I’ve been using the H&R Block tax preparation for many years, back to its time as TaxCut. Easy to use, and electronically submit to both the IRS and the state.

I've used both H&R and TurboTax and over the years have found H&R to be a bit better. It's somewhat more technical than TurboTax but that works for us.

I’ve used TurboTax for many years, decided to try H&R Block when it was offered as a Deal of the Day. Happy with it, does what’s it supposed to do.

I’m a dumb dumb. This software was actually easy to use. Pretty straight forward. They do offer assistance in the software for another $30. I thought that was pretty fair. I didn’t need it though. At the end it submitted everything for me and confirmed with an email. Boom done! Worth it.

Easy to use, intuitive and gets the job done for tax prep. No need to pay a preparer when this product is so easy to use.
