I've used most of the other brands of tax preparation software, and keep coming back to H&R Block. The price, especially if on "Deal of the Day" is great, can share with others, and upon filing, just use the log in code, and filing doesn't cost anything extra.

Changes to a products are not all good

Awful experience and when u call u talk to a 3td party not the employees in the store. Worst experience ever

Once I found a computer with a hard drive, I had no downloads left. Not sure is I’m told could not download on the other devices they counted. Not happy!!

Thought this demand was inappropriate so I switched and filed our 2022 Tax return to using a different sofrware company.

Software is from H & R Block The software is good - The reason for the 3 stars is that I received to download code from BB but it did not work. I contacted H and R and they were super in getting the software to work.

Be careful you bought federal and state

From price I thought I was getting deluxe federal and state. Not so. Only federal. So to buy the state cost another $78, plus to e-file cost another $25. Not happy.

Spent several hours on the phone trying to find someone in their support department who could assist me. No success downloading the software I purchased. They are more interested in gaining access to my computer.
