The tax software was very informative and performed up to my expectations. I enjoyed the 5 free e-files all the helpful tips. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

In general, H&R Block Tax Software has always worked well for me. However, this year, there was a bug with the software causing me to delete and reenter several forms worth of data. After I did that, I had no further issues. It has been mostly reliable and easy to use and I plan to continue to use their software in the future. I also was able to process and file my State tax, which was simple, even though I could have done it through the State's website. It was convenient to have them both in the same place.

One of the better tax programs on the market. No comparison to any of the free tax programs offered. Been using H&R for well over 20 years. Definitely recommend...

I've been using H&R block tax software for the past 5 years. This was the first time I tried the download version. It was quick and easy.

Easy to use. Automated to obtain your refund quickly. You can request check or direct deposit. One downside was that it used to be more moderately priced.

I have used this for the last 5 years and it has performed flawlessy with state and federal returns. I have had refunds and have had to pay with never a hiccup.

I have been using Block for years now. Seamless and easy to install, use and file. I'll be using H&R Block next year I'm sure. Best bang for the buck I have found.

I have used the H and R Block tax software for many years with no problems. Very easy to use and does the trick. I use the Federal and State and it pulls all info nicely together.

In general it was easy to navigate most of what was needed. There were a few areas that were unclear at first glance, but a little more studying cleared up everything.

We like the Deluxe Federal and State software. H&R Block is straight forward, easy to use. Lots of easy to understand help prompts.

I’ve used this every year for close to 10 years. It’s easy to install, easy to import prior years filing data, And easy to import tax documents. The guided steps are easy to use and helps when you have a question. These is also live help available. In prior years it would offer you a gift card option to get a bonus money back if you put in a partners gift card but not this year. If you buy it with state included there is still an additional fee to file with the state. I haven’t imported MS ap data like spreadsheets before so I’m not sure how easy that process is

I have been using H&R Block tax software for years. The download and installation of the digital media was easy and the key was easy to find and use.

There was no activation code, it was sent via e-mail. Called H&R Block new activation code was sent via e-mail, should have taken code then. Never got e-mail, called again was put on hold for 25 min. then disconnected. Called again was given a code. Why I was put on hold is a mystery. Doing return had a refund. When switched to begin state return the federal changed to owing. When reviewing the W-2 was added twice, not by me! TOOK 4 HOURS, never took this long to do taxes!

Used this software the last few years. Super easy to enter in details from previous year and easy to follow directions for entering in new details.

Taxes. I don't know anyone who loves doing taxes. Even with software like HR Block. I have used tax software for like 30 years. H&R Block was the least expensive at the time I was looking to buy. Still don't like the business model where you buy the Fed + State and have to pay to e-file the state return. So I mail the state return. I hope someday that the government goes to a National Sales Tax and eliminates the Income based tax. Then there will be no need for tax software.

This is the only program that I will use to do my taxes it is way easier than turbotax.
