Once you buy it, you’ll need to DL this from your Best Buy account. I would suggest buying the version where you get emailed the code, not where they have to physically mail you the code. Only reason I’m giving this a lower rating is because this is for my mom and she hates this. She wanted the CD. I, myself, find this way easier.

I completed my taxes around February 15, 2021 and one of the forms couldn't be updated until March 4, 2021 so I had to wait to get my large refund until after March 4th. Most other users were able to get their taxes done at the H&R Block site on time, but this software took till March 4th. Called the H&R Block and they "didn't understand the delay". Had to wait almost 3 weeks.
