Extremely frustrating

Have started 3 different returns and tried to import financial data from Fidelity & Schwab. All 3 times the H&R Block program says it has imported the 1099-Rs, but there is no data imported, only the Fidelity & Schwab addresses. I've called twice (20 minute wait the 1st time and 30 minute wait the 2nd time). The first time the help person said he was transferring me to Tier 2 support. Then the line went dead - he hung up. So, is Tier 2 support even real??? If is is, how does one actually get to it???

This year, i tried this downloaded software (premium) version from BestBuy and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Had tons of issues this year and had no difference in tax situation from previous years. Finally got my taxes submitted, just hope I dont get audited after this debacle.
