Product would not download to pc
Kept getting error messages tried to return it store refused to refund will never buy again
We had to call this lady that charge a ate and a leg to do our taxes

I have used this particular program for the last 4 years. It is a very straight forward program with tips and basically a question and answer approach. It works well for both personal taxes and a small business.

be careful. This is the digital version. NO CD. I always buy the software in a store because I want the CD. I have had horrible experiences with their digital "download version". I assumed instead of reading the smaller print. And the same thing. I had to stay on hold for 45 minutes for them to send me another download. Took 2 tries before they got one that did not have any errors. But I like H&R block support so I am stuck.
