Not what I expected from the halo series their is better ones to see and view

This movie is deplorably bad. The voice acting is absolutely terrible. The Halo movies aren't usually that bad so I thought this one might have 'improved' from the last. However, I've seen better animation and rendering in a late 90's video game than this movie!

I'm a huge HALO fan and purchased this movie for under $5 (on sale). I had heard the movie was uninspiring and rushed. But how can you go wrong payin less than $5 right? Well, aparantly you can go very wrong. Not sure what the filmmakers where trying to do but the end product is awful. Bad even for a huge Halo fan to swallow. My $5 would have been better spent had they fell out of my pocket.

Not worth it All of the past have been live action why they went to animation for this....and lame animation at that

Let me start off by saying I purchased the LCE of Halo 5: Guardians and received this digitally, I also purchased this version as it was on sale and I'm a collector. I have always loved the books as well as the games, this animation follows Halo:Fall of Reach (The Book) perfectly(That book being one of my favorites) The story is exceptional and shows the origin of the Spartan II program including characters such as Kelly, Fred, Linda, Sam, as well as John( The Master Chief) This animation is a great alternative for those who don't have the time/patience to read the book as it shows how the Spartans trained and bonded together. Now, the bad part- The animation is horrible ( Halo Legends had better animation IMO) To sum this review up, I would recommend this to a friend for the story though the animation could have been better, I believe the story more than makes up for it.
