easy to use, easy to fill water tank, great design, and, most importantly, makes a great cup of coffee!!

Well this is my second Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Coffeemaker. The first one I had after about 2 weeks clean needle popped up on the display, so I cleaned it and then made a cup and happened again. This kept on happening that I returned it and bought the one I have now. I have had this for almost 4 months and not bad it only had me clean the needle once, but that was an ordeal had to keep sticking a paperclip up there many times because it kept saying clean needle but since then it has not happened again.

First of all I was disappointed in the description and picture of the machine, it's more brick orange than red. Kept getting trouble message "no water" and the water was full... Then it would pump twice the desired water, which overflowed the cup twice. Fed up I returned, would have just because of the color

I like that it uses ground coffee and single k-cups. It does not get hot enough.

My wifes loves it, i hate it! Takes 20 min to make cup of coffee. If u want coffee now, go keurig

In full disclosure, I am not a coffee drinker - my wife is. That being said, we had the black version of this coffee maker and it died after about 18 months of daily use (strike 1 - a coffee maker with light daily use should last longer than that). She wanted a red one, so I ordered this from Best Buy. The red color is actually a 1970's burnt orange/umber, not the red shown in the photos (strike 2). After reading the directions and running it so it was clean, she turned it on and made a couple of cups of coffee, but she said each cup tasted "burnt" and "metallic" (strike 3). After cleaning it again, it still tasted bad, and we both hated the color of it in our kitchen, so it went back to the store and replaced with an iCoffee pod machine from Bed, Bath, and Beyond (sorry, Best Buy. We still love you).
