We love this toaster because we can toast oversized bread or other toaster treats without having to cram it all in or turn the bread to get it all toasted. It will toast 4 toaster waffles or 4 slices of regular bread at the same time and it has a keep warm setting. It keeps the items warm without over toasting it while you go get all the fixings to go with your items. We would definitely recommend this toaster.

My mother loves this toaster. She can do bagels and not have to risk electrocuting herself trying to get the bagels out with a knife. No she never unplugged the machine. anyhow this has nice features like keeping the toast warm.

Works well and evenly toasts. If you need to retoast make sure to look at it because at the lowest setting it can burn. It's great for NY apartments with no counter space.

Maybe the appliance rates 5 stars. I only opened the box today and was very disappointed to find a hole in the side of the box and a dent in the side of the toaster. Have not actually used the appliance yet but like the looks and features. Only gave 3 stars due to the dent. No, I won't be taking it back to the store. I am elderly and shopping on-line with home delivery was the whole point.

good toaster , prefer the longer slots so i can toast bread that won't fit in basic toasters. very satisfied.
