Great slow cooker

But after using it, I have changed my mind completely. Easy to program, looks nice on the counter and so far, everything has turned out great. What's not to like!

Great product, but probably best for families
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've recently started using crock pots and love the idea of them, so I bought a programmable one since I am not home for over 10 hours and didn't want my food to overcook. I transitioned from a 4qt crock pot to this 5qt, and again, while I LOVE the idea that this one turns to "warm" after the allotted cooking time, the dish is so large that it will still overcook food if recipes are not at least doubled. I do not recommend this if making food for one, or maybe even two people (again, unless you double recipes), but would be amazing for families or where very large portions are needed.

Excellent digital controls
